First visit we were very poorly attended. There were two officials at the cashier who were literally laughing at a customer who had just paid for the purchases. I thought it was very unethical. Today I decided to try again and, honestly, the woman at the cashier is terrible. It doesn't offer you any help and has no education. Dealing with the public requires a little empathy and sympathy, what is working clearly does not have!

The Bloomingdale's Outlet receives a 3-star rating as it falls short of expectations. The decline in Bloomingdale's stores is evident here, marked by subpar customer service and a limited product selection. Despite being an outlet, the discounts don't seem substantial, making the visit less worthwhile. It's disheartening to witness the overall decline in quality, and for now, visiting this outlet may feel like a bit of a disappointment and a time investment without significant returns.

I was less than impressed. Some objects that they have are great but still pretty overpriced. While others are priced beautifully! Maybe it's because I am a guy, or my taste is not main stream enough, but I did not find anything worth buying.

No plus size clothes , went in with a couple of hundred dollars to buy my spring/summer wardrobe and could not find one thing .If they had a plus size section i could not find it .The staff was all standing around a glass counter by some purses gossiping about another staff member .Nothing for a chubby girl , and poor customer service .

Ran in there a few minutes before closing time and they were nice about it haha. I loved everything I bought. I will be back! (With more time to shop lol). I have 2 new favorite outfits now!
