This place had a lot of new model Asics shoes. Their clearance had some older model ones.
The shoes were all new and great condition.
The staff was very helpful. They tried to make sure you could get alternate colors if possible and tried to help you get the best price possible. They checked in with you to make sure you were okay or if you needed assistance.
With the sale, it was cheaper than online. Would recommend.

Went in on 1/27 at 11:15 to buy a running shoe.. I walked in the store with said hi to the women standing at the register and she didn’t say anything back. Ignored that. I’m walking around looking and they have so many options, so I walk up to the women and ask her if she could help me find a running shoe. Her reply was that’s all we sell. I replied I know, but I’m not exactly sure with what style to go with. She was like well what are you looking for? I said comfort and something for a high arch. She said the structured pair is good for that in such a rude demeanor. Then she walks away? Figure it out yourself is the vibe I got. What is the point of asking or going to a store if you can’t offer a suggestion... I ended up calling back and asking for a manager and she said she was the manager. So I told her exactly what she did wrong and she hung up on me. Worst service I ever experienced. I left with nothing, but intended to buy 2 pairs.

The posts about good prices and great customer service have to be fake postings.I purchased a pair of asics running sneakers for twice the part price I would have paid at any other store and was happy to do it.because asics is my favourite sneaker but within less than 2 weeks the treads on the right heel of the soul of my sneaker started to come off of the sneaker..when I went there and ask them to exchange them or replace them they told me they didn't do that there ..And they did not care and would not help or honour any kind of warranty..if I had bought the sneakers anywhere else at another store like Foot Locker something they would have replaced them. .When I went into famous footwear today and showed them the sneaker and asked them what they would have done they told me they absolutely would have replaced the sneakers for me and had exchanged them.So I guess I was right when I told the outlet employees that I had just learned a valuable lesson that I would have been better off buying their sneakers at another store instead of through their store they just looked at me and put their hands up in the air and shrugged that's what I got for customer service....
