The store had some great deals, it was expected to have some lower prices being that it was an outlet. However, we did find a couple of things that we liked. Service was OK. It took us a few minutes to get the attention of one of the workers who was on their phone. Otherwise, once they helped us, everything was great!

Bamboozled.. led astray-Terrible customer experience outweighs any pros that this discounted store could provide.The older lady working the afternoon shift this weekend must have suspected me of stealing because she snatched my personal belongings (shopping bags from another store) out of my hand and conducted a little search through my things, all under the guise of “ooo what did you buy?” This was not consensual and made me feel discriminated against and violated. She dropped the friendly act and moved onto the next customer when she realized I wasn’t a criminal. Embarrassing.0/10, would not return.

I don't understand why they leave the store open on Black Friday if they don't want to sell. The store is empty, and even though people leave, the attendant doesn't let anyone in. 7 people left the line and only 1 person was allowed in. I don't know if it's worth the sacrifice in the cold for the usual 30% discount on other days.

It's disrespectful to wait in line for 2 hours and the store is completely empty. If they don't have enough employees to sell, the ideal would be not to open on Blackfriday. (Armany Outlet premium Massachusetts)

DO NOT GO HERE. Kate (the manager) is awful. It was embarrassing to see how rude she was to customers. After driving 2 hours to go to this store specifically, she turned us away on a Saturday during the holiday season because she "needed" to go on a 1.5 hour break lol. Yet, she allowed the people who had entered the store before 1:30 to continue to shop inside for 30 minutes. Complete joke.

I visited the outlet coming from Canada today and did some shopping. I was impressed with an excellent customer service provided by Tony at the premium outlets. I bought few things due to his excellent salesman ship and customer service. I came from Canada. I appreciate this guy and please pass on my appreciation to him. Iqbal Zaidi from Canada.

Every time I mention this incredible store to someone they think I mean “Armani Exchange” which is also located at the Wrentham Outlet Malls. Nope, I mean “Armani”. This store is crazy!!! Sometimes it’s difficult to determine whether having an amazing store like this in my backyard is a blessing or a curse. I could easily spend my life’s savings in there. Armani is hidden in a corner of the mall that is a bit less traveled because of ongoing construction but this store is absolutely unbelievable!!! And let’s not forget their lovely staff who are super helpful and love talking their brand which truly makes for interesting conversation.

Very disappointed about costumer service.I went there for exchange and the asian woman was very rude and she didn’t want to do the exchange. She even suggested me to make the t shirt as a gift . Ridiculous!I think these type of people firstly should be trained how to behave with customers and then to start work.Thank you

They need to post correct hours on their website!!!! Parking lots are filling up with customers and stores are not open until 11. Some stores open at 12!!!
