Same as another reviewer noted, there are NO returns from this Outlet location despite a sign at the register making it look like there is. The folks working there are all lovely, but their corporate should note the misleading signs and fix it.

I frequent this store often! They get exclusive items that are not available online. I love the quality and the prices are reasonable when they have sales.

Unclear return policy. Management tells you one thing to get sales, then enforces another. Corporate customer service was also not helpful even with detailed information about the incident (they were more friendly, however) . I'm out $300. Buyer beware.

Manager Katy here is phenomenal. She goes above and beyond for your clothing needs. I have purchased several leather jackets from her here. Best part is her suggestive selling. Items I would not think to try on, I am sold!

The all saints in Paramus and Manhattan have great customer service my experience at the outlet in Massachusetts was horrible I felt like I was at Walmart. The way the employees act there.

I love this store. This store is the ONLY reason I go to Wrentham Outlets. The people that work there are so nice they always compliment me (which I do not expect when shopping or in general in life from strangers lol) they are always willing to check for your size in the back if you cant find it on the floor, there are always deals/ sales happening and also regular up to date season items. I got my winter coat here for 550 $ but also at times walked out of there with 75$ worth of merchandise that normally would cost 300$ or more. My only wish is that they would offer more shoes. I never want to go into Boston to Newbury Street to shop All Saints- Just want to come here it's so easy and the store is never crowded.

I love this store--especially the outerwear. I got a great wool jacket last time I was in. The staff is always so knowledgeable about styling and super helpful. I usually work with Sarah when I shop; she's the best.
