Buyer beware. My daughter bought 2 pairs of jeans on 12/2/23. On 1/18/24, she noticed that the stitching was coming undone that attached the back pockets to the seat of the jeans. I called the store on 12/21/24 and was informed that the holiday return policy ended on 1/15/24 and that they would not take damaged jeans back. The sales person further stated that they would not take back any jeans that were damaged for an exchange. These jeans are not even 2 months old. My daughter wears them once a week, so she has worn them 6-7 times. Not only did the craftsmanship not live up to the ridiculous price, the store does not honor their product. I will NEVER by a “7” product again, and advise you to think before you buy

“Think carefully before you buy from this store. The store’s return policy is ridiculously short. I tried to get store credit, they didn’t give me any, nor did they let me exchange the jeans. Additionally, they were very rude. I have never seen such salesmen in any other store.”

My husband and I had a stellar experience at the Seven for All Mankind store! Keenan, Jared and the whole store crew made our visit so great by being so knowledgeable and really helping us find the perfect jeans! We brought our two very small daughters, and Keenan helped us navigate the shopping experience by bringing us a variety of styles to try on until we found the perfect pairs. We accidentally left one of our shopping bags behind in the store, and Keenan shipped the items back to us! Above and beyond when it comes to customer service and knowledge about the clothing. We willMost definitely be back for our next denim fix! ?❤️?❤️

What a refreshing, customer focused experience. Went in struggling to find new jeans and left with three pairs that I love. Jared was nothing short of awesome.

The store manager, Keenan, and colleague, Jared, made this THE BEST shopping experience. I’d never shopped at this brand before, but they did such an amazing job curating clothes that would be most flattering, were so helpful with styling advice, and took so much pride in making sure we had a great experience. Really appreciated above and beyond service. And yes, the clothes were beautiful, well-made, at surprisingly good prices, in a beautifully maintained store. No, I am not affiliated, not incentivized, not on commission or anything to say this. I just really wanted to give kudos to two people that made my and my hubby’s day. Thanks for making a new mom feel beautiful and well taken care of. You rock!!

I have been in here twice, and both times I found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The woman who helped me, I think she said her name was Hannah, but I can't really remember. Either way, she was so good at knowing exactly what information and help to offer, in order to help me pick out, try on, and buy some jeans. I'm not that great at clothes shopping, but she made it so easy to understand and pick out some clothes. She should is a role model for other clothing salespeople.

Up-front disclaimer: my son, Keenan Hume, is the Store Manager 7 For All Mankind at the Wrentham Outlets in Wrentham, Massachusetts. He was responsible for the sale described below. I am writing this review solely from the perspective of a customer.* * *The challenge: to find two pairs of denim for my son's stepfather who had lost 40 pounds due to an illness, was disabled (walker and wheelchair), who normally wore ill-fitting, frumpy denim, who needed to regain some dignity and pride, and get out of sweatpants and back into presentable, stylish clothing.Mission accomplished, 100% delighted.My son assessed his stepfather's body visually, then immediately determined that the Paxtyn denim in gray and saturated blue with a 30" waist would be a good solution.Without even measuring him, he fetched two pair, located a large changing room so I could assist (while giving him privacy), and stayed close by.They were perfect! My husband was thrilled. I was thrilled, especially where these are more body-conscious jeans and out of my husband's usual comfort zone.The transaction was easy and respectful. (Our thanks, too, to his Store Supervisor/Fashion Consultant, Jared DeVoe, for making it a delightful experience.)We were so satisfied with our experience at 7 For All Mankind and will be repeat customers, especially because of exceptional, respectful customer service that goes beyond the usual.

Pricey but You can find deals if you search! I know this because my daughter likes to shop and went thru every rack! Twice! It took forever! It was great! Every exclamation point indicated my desire to die while shopping!! I hate to shop! But I love my daughter so sarcasm ahoy!!!!!!!!
