Needs to have their civic which I use to be serviced. Also it would not start today 11/9/20. Had to call in and have them start it remotely.

I received a $25 credit which I appreciated. The car I reserved was no where to be found and I had walked to two different garages. After a while I was connected to a call center rep who confirmed I wouldn't be able to go on my original trip. In the end it worked out I guess but not before some frustration.
