love this gym and community. We have family membership since 2017, there are great karate classes, swim lessons and daycare center for kids. Summer camps and pre-school are well done, organized and fun for kids. Very friendly staff, easy to communicate and helpful. While kids are on activities, I go to gym and pool.Highly recommend this for your family.

This is not "clean". I found a tampon applicator in the family/gender neutral changing room. I stopped going here because the indoor pool is like ICE, the room is dark and dreary and the only feature I enjoyed was the outdoor pool, which has its drawbacks, too. I want to say first off, the life guards are always wonderful. And they deserve so much recognition. What I do not like is that the outdoor pool is off limits to members until 3pm M-F, for use of the kid campers. And the pool closes at 7:30pm. From 3-7:30pm it is "family swim" and is available to all members. But half the time its only gorgeous out all morning and afternoon, until 3-4pm when we seem to be hit with rain and storms. So, out we go, cutting the outdoor pool time down even smaller. And when it is nice out during those hours, often times the kids that were using it all day at camp come right back with their families. Really? How about giving your other members a chance? I paid a lot of money every month, probably much more than the parents of the campers, to use the facility too. I would like to actually use it. They are open 12-4:30 on weekends, I will give them that.. but again, even more camp children return, with their families. It became so ridiculous I switched to another gym.

The tour was great, we joined immediately as a single parent family. The membership fee is great for what they offer.I enjoy the gym, they advertised babysitting on 3 days of the week, thought I could go in on those days. My teenager loves Basketball and they offer open gym on certain days.I quickly noticed in the women's locker room how filthy it is. The floor was disgusting. I mentioned it on 2 different occasions, they pretended to show concern but when I checked again, the floor did not look any different.Babysitting was cancelled way too many times which limited when I could go. I signed up for texts. At least this way I would know of cancellations ahead of time.My teen has a tough time in the gym, open gym gets pretty full and there is nobody to monitor. The men intimidate the younger kids and take over the gym. They have a great basketball program for kids, which is probably the only good thing about the JCC.The fitness area is small, has a limited amount of machines and areas for weight lifting. After 4pm is the craziest time to go.Finally, I chose to workout earlier in the day but that's when the personal training goes on and the female trainer takes up several of the equipment I normally use and not to mention takes over the mat/stretching area. She never cleans the area up as it says on multiple flyers hanging in the gym nor does she have the clients clean the areas they use. It became very aggravating.I changed the membership for just my teenager to go.I will have to find a different gym to frequent.

The convenience of this location to our house is greatly appreciated. There's something for everyone, from babies to grandparents. If you have kids, you'll appreciate the day care services available to members. It's a sanitary environment as well. Most importantly, the front desk staff are fantastic individuals. As for the kids, they have a ton of great programs during the summer and winter months.

I've had a lot of bad experiences with this place. There were very few employees that were kind-hearted the rest had unpleasant attitudes. I've gone here for about 5 years on and off and am writing this review from a friend's account to avoid being identified. The prices have also skyrocketed in the past year or two. For a small gym with unwelcoming employees, the price is most certainly not worth it.- Fellow Worcester Friend

They changed the time for the spring basketball games last minute from 3:45/4:45pm to 1:15pm on Sundays after I had already made the payment based on the winter schedule but when I requested my refund, they said it would take a while to process & 3 months later I still haven’t received my refund. When I emailed the Mikalyla S. who had taken the payment she never replied! Disappointed & will never sign up my kids here ever! After posting this review my money was refunded back to my account & they even contacted me!

My kids don't like this place at all. They advertised as they are very organized but they don't really treat the kids as they showed to the parents. They are adding all kinds of fees and don't care about the service they provide. As covid is going on, they are also under staffed and gotten even worse...

At first I thought this was a okay place to workout. After some time I realized it was very unwelcoming to those who were not of Jewish descent . Everytime I worked out I received looks from other gym goers and by my 3rd visit I realized it was not a coincidence. The members here expect a primarily Jewish environment and if you don't look the part they make you feel uncomfortable . I cannot say I recommend this place if you are anything but Jewish or can pass as Jewish. I don't normally do reviews but I felt inclined to after my treatment here.

I love being a member of the JCC! The preschool is such a stimulating, creative environment for young kids to learn. As my children have gotten older, we’ve taken advantage of the great sports and aquatics programs for them. They love everything! I also enjoy the fitness center and classes.
