I've had great service and experience at Worcester Auto Center. The owner, Gene, is very knowledgeable, respectful, and honest; there are no gimmicks or hidden agenda. The quality of their work is excellent. I recommend them to anyone.

When I came in, Gene (Jean) walked me through the process of what to expect after a collision. He answered all my questions and was knowledgeable. I felt comfortable dropping off my car with them right away. It was expected to be done on 09/19, but on 09/15 I got a call saying my car was ready. When I got there Gene was waiting for me, and I noticed my car looked very clean. He cleaned my car on top of the excellent service provided by the shop. This is a place I would recommend to anyone, you can tell the people here are hard working individuals.

Gene or Jean I don’t know how to spell it. Did a quote for me to paint a bumper, we had a small misunderstanding, cleared it up, then locked in a time to sign the paperwork. He said hold on, then came back on the line and said “sorry we can’t make you happy you need to find somewhere else that is going to make you satisfied” and hung up the phone. I called back confused because I thought we had made a plan and the receptionist said he left. Then the receptionist guy said he wasn’t going to listen to anything I said because I need to go through Gene. Just as rude. I can’t even believe how I was treated over the phone, especially where I was ready to pay $500 for the service. Unbelievable

Gene really helped me out in a pinch. He took my car in right away and had to turn around in a week and a half. They did great work! Only issue I had was there was some white dust in some nooks and crannies, and a little inside. Presumably got in there while they were doing work, but it cleaned up just fine.

Very professional and they have reasonable rates. Came in to fix a scratch — Gene is friendly and very helpful with questions I had about the process.

They were recommended by another insurance company that was responsible to cover the damage to my car after an accident. They did a phenomenal job, and even cleaned and vacuumed my car before returning it to me. They updated me regularly on the progress and actually finished ahead of schedule. My car looks brand new! Very happy with Gene and the team at Worcester Auto center. Would recommend them highly and would definitely use them again if the need should arise.Services: Painting

10/5 STARS FOR THIS PLACE!!! I got rear ended and the insurance made me go through this place so I did not even choose it. I could not bring my car in during business hours due to my job and they accommodated me by signing the papers remotely and dropping my car the night before. Throughout the time my car was there the owner would call me with updates and explain what was going on. The best part: when the car was repaired (perfectly done, they cleaned my car, filled the fluid levels) they called and told me to pick it up. I work 80 hour weeks 6 days a week and would not be able to pick it up. The owner of the shop DROVE MY CAR TO ME AT WORK AND RETURNED MY RENTAL FOR ME!!! Amazing experience I am only going there from now on and have been telling everyone to go there. You could tell the owner loved what he did and took great care in his work. Thank you so much and everyone come here!!Service: Body & Trim
