They need more help in the Pharmacy. They never answer the phone. If you need help and can't drive because of health reasons that makes it really hard. I've had them hang up on me multiple times before I get through on the phone. I've been on hold for over an hour trying to ask questions about my medication. They've messed up my prescriptions more than once and caused me delays on getting my medication. I have a developmental disability and need more help understanding things sometimes and have had them hang up on me in frustration because I need extra help. It is demoralizing and I dread having to interact with the pharmacy staff.

My Dr office sent script to old pharmacy hours away. I kept expecting it to be filled. My & My Dr mistake. Always answered phone, extreemly polite, wonderful group of pharmacist. I tried to be cool but waited a week for my Dr to figure out why my pills weren't at walgreens, Worcester, they were at bi y spencer lol. Now it's funny not then waiting on pain medicine. P s Scott toilet tissue 50c prices are great too.

I've been shopping at Walgreens for over two decades. My family gets their prescriptions filled here. They have a great selection of candy and snacks. Around the holidays, there are a lot of stocking stuffer ideas. Also, the cosmetic section is reasonably priced, and they have a ton of brand names to choose from.

I had a bad experience at the Walgreens Park Ave store. I made an appointment for a booster shot and arrived a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork. I was told to have a seat in the waiting area and I would be called for the shot. After waiting nearly an hour I finally cancelled the appointment and left. I will not return to this store.

You guy should trained Filamina again before putting her to work. Undertrained staff who doesn’t know what the hell she is doing is wasting everybody time. She had my medication in her hands and couldn’t check me out and asked me to come back the next day. Seriously ?!?

I booked an appointment a few weeks ago once I found out I was eligible for a Pfizer booster shot. The woman who checked me in had a huge attitude from the start, like it was such an effort just to do her job. She was disrespectful towards me for no apparent reason, threw me attitude about my health insurance card and had the audacity to ask me if I was even eligible for a booster. What the hell? I don't need to explain why I'm eligible. Do you need my medical chart too? Do you want me to take you to work with me so I can show you that I'm at a higher risk of exposure? If I were the hiring manager I'd seriously reconsider who has to interact with patients. Working in a pharmacy means you have to interact with the public - the good and the bad. When you're dealing with healthcare you get everything, it is what it is and I'm not saying it's right but that's the reality in which we live. I was completely easy going and didn't expect to be thrown so much attitude from a clearly miserable person who got tasked with doing what they're paid to do. Nice job.

My prescription was called in at 11:30 so I got here at 12:30 and they told me it will be ready in about 25 min. When I returned 30 min later they told me again, it’s not ready yet, but it will be about 20 min. I feel sorry for the pharmacy techs and the pharmacists who work here because they clearly aren’t allowed to staff for their volume. It’s a sad state of affairs here. Picking up my script here is the thing I dread most out of the month.

I'm 74 years old with pre-existing conditions that make COVID exposure very dangerous for me. I went into this Walgreens this afternoon and everyone was masked, until I reached the cashier and a woman came up behind me without a mask and stood three feet from me. I confonted her and told her she should be wearing a mask. We argued. Then she got directions from a cashier, went to get her purchase and came back. I asked the cashiers if they didn't have rules about serving customers without mask. One said they did, but people just come in without masks sometimes. I left the store without further confrontation, other than having to tell the maskless woman to stand back again. I would expect, of all places, a pharmacy that serves many sick and old people to do a much better job enforcing the guidelines for Covid. I would like a response to this post.

Best Walgreens ever, these ppl are without a doubt the best customer service ppl anywhere they go so far over backwards with not only a smile but to them your family and nothing is to good for you. They have done so much to protect me from this covid19 i owe them my life. My daughter in AZ wants these folks to know how much she appreciates all they have been doing to keep her mamma safe❤️ God Bless
