I have a couple of clients that bring thier dogs here for doggy day care the staff is always nice helpful and professional. They are also excellent with the dogs the dogs that I bring there are always excited to get there and when coming home happy and totally tired while coming home would definitely recommend bringing your pup here

The best dog daycare in Worcester. My dog leaves tired and happy every day. I get to go home and relax with her, instead of spending the evening going on 3 walks in between her bouncing off the walls. You can tell the staff have a true love for dogs and what they do. If you're an animal person, these are your animal people.

I can't say enough about Waggerz' Lounge. Great spot for doggy daycare. Been coming here for 4 years now. My dog always gets all of her energy out and is asleep for 2 days afterwards. The staff is attentive, polite, and respectful. They're always updating records to making sure that all the dogs are up to date with their vaccinations. Great hours for early in the morning drop off and late afternoon pick-up. Boarding is easy to do, just have to call and reserve a spot. There are two pens: one for big dogs and one for smaller dogs. From what I can see, all the dogs have a great time playing with each other. I can't recommend Waggerz' enough.

Mack LOVES going to daycare here! He was very shy at first but the staff at Waggerz' Lounge made sure he was happy and having fun. He is able to socialize with other dogs and staff so he comes home all tuckered out. Now, he can't wait to go to daycare! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a doggie daycare!

Only place we bring our dog for grooming. We have used the boarding for a week at a time without issue. Pre-covid doggy play dates were awesome.

I was seriously thinking of bringing my dog here, but forget it. Took a ride there today for their 11:00 tour, as per their website, and was told they were not doing tours due to Covid. I was assured I could still bring my dog, but I would not be allowed to see the facility at all. When I balked a bit, the person told me she would be very happy leaving her pets at a facility that she can not check out beforehand, and I should too. WHAT???? Isn't visiting a facility the first thing you should consider before leaving your dog there???So a wasted trip because no one can bother updating the web site to say you can never see inside.

We have been getting our dog groomed for years at Waggerz and they are great. Even during the pandemic they have been trying to get all the dogs in who usually get groomed and have been following the strict guidelines. Alison did a great job as usual.
