We gave them two phones to trade in and receive credit. Six months later no credits. Worked with manager starting early March. Late May, still no credits. They are either incompetent or misleading or both

Will tell you credit will be applied next bill but once you go out of the store and purchase done
They not going to remember you and will tell you call the customer service.

We were serve today by Fraebert Velasquez. He was outstanding . He provided service to my wife and me.He was excellent . I recommend him to everyone. Verizon is lucky to have him.

Amazing crew, Jake the gentleman who assisted me , he is fast and right to the point he uses an easy language well , so you dont need to be a geek to understand him. The store has a Good parking lot with easy access !!!

Service was going great but the salesman just talks fast and does not answer your questions/interrupts you. I asked for a printout of the charges before I paid, he would not print it, then was charged $45 for a device setup fee, when I did not set up my phone in store and specifically said I would set it up at home. Poor customer service, just ignores questions and tries to push things you do not want. That is shady business practice, and when I ask for a specific detailed list of the charges that should be shown before I pay not after. I would appreciate to be contacted by management here, was shocked how poorly he handled our transaction.

I will not go anywhere else for my phone needs. The staff there is the best. I've sent so many people there and they've all been happy with it. The manager there is the best, they don't push you or try to up sell you on stuff you don't need. I've literally spent all day there with phone issues and the staff was nothing but nice and accommodating. Best phone store I've ever been to.
