The lady at the counter was very impolite . As customers we expect good services. But she yells at people even for asking relevant questions or expressing genuine concerns. She has been rude every time I have visited the place.

I have visited this place twice for mailing my tax documents (2022 and 2023), The woman at the counter is really RUDE. She does not know how to talk to people. As an international student, I was not aware how it works, and the woman makes you feel as if you are dumbest person alive. She says " Every time you visit at the last moment and hurry", when I asked for the fastest service available. Seriously!! It is not her business to tell me when to do my taxes.
Please don't visit this place if you are having a good day! It won't stay the same.

Spent $18 on a certified letter that was returning to me due to unknown address. Called because I had not received it back and was told it would take 6 days to return to me!!! Horrible service for a certified letter

Do yourself a favor and go to the post office on Chandler St if you are disabled.
Was told the label that Mercari automatically gives me to use for shipping electronics was not correct. Informed the clerk that I am hard of hearing. So I confirmed that I 100% could not use the label, even to pay for a new one or if there was no other option - no there isn't; and when I said "can you still get this shipped out for me today, please" then asked if there was a way to get out of hand-writing a new label (arthritis + bad handwriting lol), the clerk acted like I was holding her at gunpoint, hands up and everything. *I* had to calm her down... How do you work retail with that kind of reflexiveness, especially to someone who already told you they are (partially) disabled? ?? Then she wrapped it up by being super rude. Got a good laugh at least.

Hasn't been the same since Nancy and Rick retired. I try to avoid this branch at all cost the woman at the counter is as rude as it comes. Her demeanor comes off like she sick of you before you even approach the counter and anything you ask her is going to cost her every penny in her pocket. The man who works here occasionally does not care about life at all and it shows.

I was denied international shipping on Saturday because she, the women on station, was "by myself today and you should go to Chandler location" because she didn't want to process my package.At Chandler location also has one person is working, and the man on duty processed me through under 2 minutes.

Horrible! I brought a package in to be mailed, handed it to a clerk, it was sealed with a label, priority mail, it was never scanned, received or mailed. I went through a lengthly process to investigate, and it was never found, the correspondence was very sparse, and "we're sorry, but there's nothing we can do" the tracking number does not even show it was received - do not trust this facility!

Management need to escalate the behavior towards the customers from the lady that works on Saturdays, very poor customer service she always has attitude. I would never go to this post office again even if it is the closest one to me.
