Heads up! If your are going at this place. The woman is super RUDE, will yell at you, for even asking relevant questions. In my time she was busy fighting with senior citizen. If you are going there, do us a favor and show her what respect means. Thanks

The lady at the counter was very impolite . As customers we expect good services. But she yells at people even for asking relevant questions or expressing genuine concerns. She has been rude every time I have visited the place.

Spent $18 on a certified letter that was returning to me due to unknown address. Called because I had not received it back and was told it would take 6 days to return to me!!! Horrible service for a certified letter
