When you pull in, you will see a young man diligently washing and waxing vehicles-by. hand! Every car in the business is gleaming, spotless, and tweaked to perfection. You will see all proven brands, both luxury (Mercedes, Lexus) and beautiful, beautiful older, more affordable vehicles as well. “Received service through AAA. AAA sent a battery truck when I requested a tow. The first driver, Tim, was excellent, polite, professional and took care of ordering the tow truck for me. He wouldn't even accept a tip. The tow truck driver, Matthew G., was excellent as well. Very polite and professional. It was a rediculously hot day and he declined my offer to buy him some Gatorade. This was a great interaction on an otherwise miserable day. Highly recommend!”

“Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond.
