Mike makes this hidden gem of a post office my favorite place to wait in line! He's always so kind, curious, empathetic and professional. Goes out of his way help a customers, day after day. Great guy, but priceless employee!

Mike makes this location worth going out of my way to come to! Pre-taped boxes makes my job A LOT easier, so I definitely try to ALWAYS come to Lincoln St. He's just seems like a nice guy, have never seen him in a bad mood! (can't forget to mention how the place is always clean, which I can't say for many other locations!) Keep up the great work, Mike!

The lady with short Hair who works there is probably the rudest person I’ve ever come in contact with she should definitely not be working with the public as she has no customer service skills and was so rude! As someone who works for corporate Office under customer service this lady definitely needs some more training!!!!!!!!!!!
