Excellent service!This shop communicates every day of the week. This shop will accommodate you even on Sunday! I have yet to find the shop so willing to please me, they go above and beyond. He will tow your vehicle right in, and get you taken care of. My insurance company love him.

I have an old Miata that's been exposed to the California sun for the majority of its life. I finally decided to give it the paint job it deserved, and was referred to Francisco and his company, Unique Auto Center. Francisco and his team performed an excellent job on repainting my car. They took the time to meticulously removed all trim, lights, bumpers, as well as the windshield and soft top. The end result was nothing short of outstanding, the attention to detail is clearly evident. Francisco literally worked on my car as if it was his own, and I am extremely content with the results. Worcester is slightly out of my way, but well worth the trip to get quality body work done on my car.Service: Painting

This review is very overdue! I took my 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix to Unique and I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond in the body work and paint job. I now have a head turner and show quality car! I was always welcome to drop by and see the progress and everyone was always friendly and hard at work. I would highly recommend them for your car, and have been telling the same to others when they stop to talk about my car. I started to use unique auto center thru my career in the auto industry as a used car manager for a highly reputable toyota dealership and I've serviced various makes an models via this bodyshop along with my personal vehicle as well only to be satisfied with every single job performed. Varying from scratched bumpers, to bent frames an moderate fender benders. Unique always got the job done in a timely most professional manner. I've grew to hold a personal relationship with owner Francisco an his lovely wife Mercedes. They are the most kind hearted, caring an honest human beings to represent the collision repair industry. When u can get honesty, good pricing, professionalism an all around good quality work in one bodyshop it's hard to look elsewhere. Whether ur looking to repair a bumper, a scratched panel, have a insurance claim handled, even something as small as a parking lot dent. Please dont hesitate to choose unique auto center. I know I always will.. Car accidents are never a good situation to be in but when u have the team at unique to stand by your side they relieve the pressure an stress from one of the most nerve recking situations. The one promise I can make is when u choose the family at unique for ur 1st repair u will start off as a customer an end as family. This is a review done by someone who has actually had their car repaired by Unique Auto Center. I have been a customer with them since 2007, and trust them with my vehicle. I love their work, I have gotten my car repaired by them multiple times before. I have and will always recommended my family, friends, acquaintances, etc to them. Sincerely the best auto shop in New England!

very unprofessional. the men who work here are extremely rude & are CONSTANTLY having issues with the cars they work on. i live next door & i see it all the time. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE W THIS COMPANY. wish there was a way to give 0 stars.
