The communication from this company was great in the beginning; pricing was a bit higher than most but it seemed like the value was there so I went with them. The crew was polite, friendly and worked hard to get the job done. Unfortunately, during unloading at the new place, I saw them carrying a very small, very light cabinet in 2 pieces and when I asked about it that they told me "It was easier to take apart and move it that way." In the chaos of everything, I didn't think anything of it. I did notice when they brought it into the room it belonged in, they were there a bit longer than it would take to drop it off but again, I just kept moving. Later when my boyfriend mentioned they were in that room a while, I said they must have been putting that cabinet back together. He said "no, it's still in 2 pieces, just the top resting on the base." When I finally got to it, 2 of the 4 twist locks were missing and 1 was broken leaving it holding on by just 1. The cabinet itself was damaged as well, making it clear that it had been broken, not taken apart. When I contacted the company to let them know that it was damaged and that I was lied to, I was told "some furniture just won't hold" and "sorry for the inconvenience." I don't even care that much about the cabinet but the fact that I was lied to is an issue. I wasn't asking for restitution or anything of the sort; but I wasn't expected to be brushed off like their employees damaging an item and then lying about it isn't a big deal. If it hadn't had been for that, I would have left a 5 star review but I'd be leery of anyone who will lie instead of address the issue and deal with it. I probably would have said "no big deal" and let it slide, but I don't appreciate being lied to.

I have used them now for 3 separate moves , professional and courteous staff. As it’s managed by family owned business it’s easy to reschedule and they are helpful for special requests.

Town to Town movers were amazing. They arrived right on scheduled time, scoped out house and systematically attacked the numerous boxes and furniture for placement in moving trucks. The end result resembled an extremely organized and carefully stacked Tetris…. I had commented that they had started on a new truck! Nope just creative and deliberate packing in first truck!
Professional, hard-working and very nice guys. Highly recommend Town-To-Town movers.

A+ The crew did everything with no complaints! Worked there tails off loading a 20' storage cube to the brim with no space left. I was Amazed at the entire job, only took 4 hours none stop. Best Experience!
