Stylist: My stylist, Chris, was fantastic, he accommodated me at the end of the day when my appointment with another stylist fell through. He was friendly and didn't rush, giving me a beautiful style and blowout exactly as I'd pictured it. He was happy to share advice, when asked, on how to keep my hair clean and healthy which I'm eager to try out! He's relatively new to the salon so this was my first experience with him but he has been cutting and styling hair for years and you can tell how experienced he is through his technique and the ease he exhibits. The salon itself is comfortable and clean and is a convenient drive from anywhere in Worcester. It was a good find and I look forward to having appointments here as long as I live in the area.

I couldn't be happier. Coming in my hair depressed me, I didn't think had any pizzazz left. But Chris found it lurking in the corner. He picked the perfect color for my hair and gave me a sleek do. Thanks, Chris. I feel like a million bucks. Sue Campbell.

I was here on 4-19-24. Chris was my stylist . I have never been here. I was referred by a great friend of mine.
Finished results were phenomenal !!
Chris was so kind, gentle and very thorough on what he does. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a new doo. !

I have been going to this hairdresser for probably 5 years. She is excellent. She listens for any changes you might want in your color or your hairstyle. Excellent job is always on time and it's flexible with her hours.

Jennifer did such a good job on my hair for prom. I would definitely go back to her. I would suggest that you book an appointment with her. She is quick and efficient with her work and on top of that she is super sweet.

Though the stylist I have gone to has been good I can no longer in good conscience support a business in which the owner, Cheryl supported the Republican MAGA candidates running in the midterms. For the last month before the election the lawn of her home featured Geoff Diehl and Sosa-Paquette signs. Both candidates are supporters of ex-president Trump, are vaccine deniers, anti- women's choice, and Big Lie election deniers. As proud Maga Republicans, they, in turn are supports of the anti-Semitism and anti-woman Party. And for a business who's clients are mainly women, its a slap in the face to support candidates who believe they get a choice in what I do with my body. In this day and age to so comfortably and publicly share ones political beliefs is to invite criticism such as mine. I will be taking my business to one where the owner who is profiting may not share all of my beliefs but who at least doesn't publicly support and encourage individuals who so blatantly and proudly scream their intolerance, misogyny and racism to anyone awful enough to listen.

Carol O'Malley did my make-up for my wedding and was awesome to work with! I appreciated her attention to detail and her encouragement of my participation in the decision making of the final look. With the make-up trial before the wedding, I went into my wedding day with confidence! I highly recommend Carol!

I originally stopped at Top Shop Salon whilst working as a translator in the area for a local church in conjunction with Catholic Charities (also a great organization!) because the Church was very crowded and I needed to use the bathroom. Everywhere I walked into refused to allow except for them. They were so so pleasant, friendly and kind and allowed me to use their facilities without hesitation despite my not being there for any service. The bathrooms were immaculate by the way. That being said, this review is for my last haircut. I have tough curly hair and a big head so its always a challenge for me to find a barber who can get it right and I must say I will NEVER go anywhere else! This place is great, from the quality of their services to the way they interact with customers they are truly 5 star worthy. Their kindness and friendly demeanor is like the icing on the cake which is my flawless haircut!Services: Beard trim
