375 Airport Dr, Worcester, MA made it happen and it was all good... Had horrible experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car 505 Washington St, Auburn, MA 01501. then Hertz took my card and charged me no show fee after they told me they had no cars... even though I had confirmed reservation.

I placed a reservation online and used my debit card to secure the rental. After I drove an hour to get there, I’m told they don’t accept debit cards, the same card I used to secure the rental in the first place. I had to scramble to find someone with a credit card to drive to the location making me late for all our plans. Completely unacceptable, they shouldn’t accept a debit card to secure the rental if they only accept credit cards at the counter. There were numerous other people that ran into the same problem as me while I was there.

Rental pickup and car were okay, drop-off not so much. Was not offered an opportunity to get a receipt, car was not checked-in in my presence. Never received a receipt of any kind. I just know that my credit card was overcharged by a small amount even though the gas tank was full. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This is the worse rental company I have had to deal with. I made reservations to pick up a vehicle at Memphis international airport on 5/2023. When I arrived they had no cars available. DO Not recommend. They deserve less than 1 star

This is the worse rental company I have had to deal with. We made reservations to pick up a vehicle at MCO (orlando airport) on 3/16/2023. When we arrived they had no cars available. I landed around 12 am and it was 3 am and still no cars available. I had to call my cousin to pick up my family because we were stranded at the airport and was told to come back around 10 am. They have poor management and customer skills. why keep taking reservations for cars you can't supply. They kept giving us the running around saying cars were being cleaned but there were no cars in sight.

Dimitto Andre was one of the most effective and efficient customer service Rep I've seen in a long time! He explained the process very clearly and made a great impression for your company even though he was working the whole station himself. Don't lose him. #Worst place ever!!!!! Wish they had 0 stars because that’s what they will get!! PAY ATTENTION to your bank statement been had a rental 4 to 5 months! Not once was the car EVER cleaned also car always had problems! OMG staff no help… RUDE UNKIND n most of MISERABLE like bruh if u don’t like your job then DONT work! I’m still getting charges months later and THEY have NO answers for me!! I’m still waiting patiently for the MANAGER to contact ME?!!’ Also Never received any of my deposits if so credit never deducted from bill!! Still waiting which I’m goin to have to go up there with police Escort to explain receipt bills! Further more will NEVER rent from airport and they charge extra 50 because airport !!!!

I wish I could give a 0 star review. Worst car rental company I've ever had experience with. Seems like the cheapest option at first but double their price when you pay and continue to send you bills. Waiting for a refund on something they were mistaken on and it's been two weeks when they said it would take one. No response through email or phone, impossible to get in touch with them. Add on insane amounts of "administrative fees" if you have any polls to pay. Literally more than double what the tolls are. Absolutely never use this company. I'd rather bike 50 miles everyday than ever have an interaction with them again.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst company to deal with. Terrible customer service. The car didn't have working air conditioning and you couldn't access the seatbelts in the back seat. The company refused to refund any money due to these things. They also ask if you want insurance and when you say no they add a damage waiver and never tell you that a damage waiver is insurance and will cost you $16/day. Stay away from them. Run as fast as you can to a reputable company
