As someone who works in the design/build field, I have a true appreciation not only for the expert craftsmanship of the repair and technicians at Carstar, but, equally for the management and support group. Specifically, Bronsilberg DeSouza, Appraiser at Carstar who spearheaded the repair process. Mr. DeSouza kept me updated every day on the status of the vehicle during the repair. He was also responsible for delivering the vehicle ahead of schedule so I could use my vehicle for an important business trip. Can't say enough about his dedication to customer service in a most professional and pleasant manner. The same applies
for all the staff whom I encountered at Carstar. Thrilled at the quality repair result. I will be sure to highly recommend Carstar for the reasons as stated above. As a matter of fact, I already have. Thank you CARSTAR !

The staff at Thomas Waldron Carstar were helpful, friendly, accommodating and very professional with the work they did on my car and in a timely manner. I never came here before, but I will come again and recommend them if they need is there. Thank you for great service. And the Bundt cake they offered was a bonus!!

Good job on my vehicle but I am missing a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses that I had in my truck. They make you sign a disclaimer BUT that does not give any body permission to search and take the valuables. That’s unethical and not professional.
