Terrible roadside assistance I’ve ever had to deal with. They don’t just care. Spoke with 4 different so called agents when I needed to have my vehicle towed due to mechanical issues. One of them even kept me ‘brief hold’ for over half an hour and didn’t even apologize when he came back on the line. Insurance claim is relatively good but for their roadside assistance very terrible. When they eventually got an answer for me they asked me to wait for 4 hours for the towing services to show up.

A tree fell on our house and I called the 24 hour line. By 8:30 the following morning the adjuster called and by 10:30 the tree service he recommended was working on the removal. Everything was easy and I could not have asked for better service. The only thing I have had to pay was the deductible.

Do not know anything about salvage rebuilt vehicles gave us a hard time for seven days and about time. I taught him a lesson and then they learned but they cost us a whole week. No good insurance company.

Worst company ever! They lied to me about my cars worth, lowballed my offer once they totaled my car, refuse to negotiate at all....Kris Regonini is the worst representative ever. She refused to negotiate what so ever!! Then they dropped me after totaling my car!!

Date of Problems: 4-29-2024,
They failed to get a bill to me last month.
Someone representing Cabot called me and was hyper focused on canceling my policies because they had not received the payment.
Now I’m trying to fix their problem, but they will penalize me by not sending a bill.
In June, they will double bill me as if I caused the problem. Last fall, I went into the Billerica Cabot location, and they had laid off the only person who seemed to understand.

My car was in a Hit & Run. It was in pristine condition prior to the hit and run and I had only had it for 6 months prior. I have a clean driving record and am meticulous with my car. Hanover tried to deny paying my claim in full suggesting that the damage done to my car occurred by two separate accidents. I had 2 appraisers come out and give me the same feedback, 2 accidents. I brought it to a body shop of MY choice and they agreed with me and said it was consistent with one accident. It then took a month of hours on the phone, working with my insurance broker, and calling leadership for them to pay my claim in full. They ignored multiple emails, I got two different adjusters (both did not communicate) and told there was nothing they could do multiple times. I would not recommend Hanover to anyone.

2nd time calling and 2nd time annoyed. Battery completely dead in my driveway and the rep offers me a tow. To where?? Apparently in some service companies offer battery replacement and it seemed like it was a BOTHER to even try to get someone tocome out to replace my battery. Thanks for nothing!!!

You get what you pay for, Hanover isn't cheap but the service is great. The adjuster was here the same day I called, looked and found things that I would have never thought of and handed me a check before he left. That my friends is service and is worth every penny.

An auto accident, claim, and repairs was a stressful process. But I am very satisfied with the results.
The Hanover people, from initial Claims taking, through Adjuster managing, and Appraiser estimating repairs were all Outstanding. Very professional, clear, considerate, and responsive handling my claim.
(Also, Mac’s Auto Body did a great job in their part of the process, repairs estimate and execution.)

You call customer service and it's terrible, they answer you unprofessionally and leave you waiting a long time to resolve a problem. These are the companies when they make money and if you don't pay quickly they send you a letter or call you.

Start to finish our needs and questions were answered completely. I am happy Lexus, the adjuster that was sent out and the work that was performed is stellar. Glad that I opted for this insurance com-ay.
