Been meaning to stop in here for a bit, and I’m so happy I finally did! I worked with Art, and he was absolutely great! Art answered all my questions, he helped me with picking the right gun for me. He even gave me a bunch of great information on the indoor range they offer, I was so impressed I signed up for a basic range membership right there on the spot with Art! When Art told me for $1 a day I can shoot any-day I like at there facilities I couldn’t pass it up! If you go look at there amazing state of the art range you will understand too!! Thank you Art, and all the staff at Gun Parlor! I look forward to working together again soon, and getting in time on your indoor range!
Notable reference…. During my time in the GP while completing paperwork and such, both my sales representative Art, and the Assistant Manager Mark always made sure to greet everyone that walked into the showroom, and make them aware they were in the middle of something with another client but would be right with them! I thought that was very impressive customer service. Living in todays world where customer service has fallen to the wayside, the Gun Parlor showed me that it hasn’t, nor will it ever fall in there company!!!

costumer service stink i order a shotgun and they toll a week, is being 2 weeks and nobody knows nothing they don’t know they don’t give a right of what is going on with the order all they tell is give us few if, if something come, but the thing is i haven’t heard from them at all

Shop was very busy on 10/2. Due to our Governor screwing all of us over. We accumulated over 80,000 signatures and one person was able to take away our constitutional rights! Anyways Bob did a great job processing the sale of my Colt Sporter AR15 (pre ban of course). I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I’ve received a tour of the shooting range and I appreciate the time he took to show me around. I later came back and bought two pistols and my neighbor came with me and also bought one. You guys have a great attitude and are very knowledgeable. I would definitely visit your store again.
