This bank has really bad customer service. I referred my friend to open an account here and she wanted to use their on going promotion that allows a bonus of $200 to $300 for opening account. The manager Tayana Merkina told her she not only has never heard of such promotion but could not open account without making appointment and there was no one in the bank.

Ms. Uyen Dang was kind, funny, helpful and efficient. Thorough in her explanation of different chequing accounts and was patient when listening to and answering my questions. She even walked me to the ATM to show me how to use the new ATMs to deposit a cheque!Other team members were also courteous and professional.This location has drive through services and free on site parking. Would recommend this location for your daily banking needs.

I love the service here. The one td bank wayland can't update EIN# for business but td bank Worcester did it. Recommended

The worst possible bank experience ever!COVID related issues come back to find my Bussniess account closed for $200 without a single call! Then I pay what is owed and was told that I can open a new one by teller to come to find out after going to get my documents. That my money is no longer wanted there with over 100k initial deposit. NO THANK YOU ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!

Lack of professional ethics An employee name Lam Pham is always rude and disrespectful to us when we go to drop the deposit from the store spoke the manager about it to see if she will take action on the matter but i guess not when i spoke to her she was like??? Explaining the situation of the line in any moment she said that she will talk to the employee so i quess we have to deal with her nasty attitude every single day!

I waited in line to cash a business check that is from TD bank, one of the managers Andrew came out and told me they could not cash the check. It was because I don’t have an account there but the check is from TD bank. I have been going to the TD banks with business checks for four years and never had a problem. He was rude and told me to take care of it because he had other customers. Very disappointed in his lack of knowledge in the situation and bed side manner.

I have an open account at this bank for many years because Is convenient for me for the location and extended hours of service but I don't like anything from this bank . The staff are rude ( I notice that when they talk to me they try hard to be nice ) . They never offering deals , they charge for every service . Hiding fees etc etc

I've been going to this bank long before it was TD bank...I have never in all the 25 plus years ever had bad service at this locations. I can't say that about other banks.

This bank is trash and the manager is trash. She didn't want to give me my overdraft fees back even though I had no notifications that my account went nagaitive.

I had the worst experience with this bank and will never come back. They charged my mom $170 for overdraft fee without any notifications that her account went negative. I tried to call customer services, and they said what happened was the local bank deposit processing error and suggested me to come to talk them so they can give my mom the refund. My mom who does not know English came to see them the day later, she called me so I can talk to them through the phone. The guy who spoke with me was EXTREMELY RUDE, DOESN'T RESPECT THE CUSTOMER. He said it is my mom's responsibility to check on her bank account everyday; she doesn't know English, and I have my school work to take care of, how can I have time to check on her account everyday like he said? I tried to explain that it was not my mom's fault; her initial balance was over $1000 the last time I checked, then it just went straight down to -$200 the day after and then she was charged $170 for overdraft fee. But he did not listen to what the customer said, and even got mad, and then hung up the phone. THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMER THAT WAY. Poor my mom, she said while crying that she did not do anything wrong to get charged $170. AND THIS ALREADY HAPPENED TO HER TWICE. My mom doesn't know English, but she doesn't deserve to be treated that way. This guy, although he was born in America, he is Vietnamese and knows/understands/ speaks Vietnamese. But instead helping my mom who is probably like his mom/dad, he showed me the attitude of an ignorant person. Wish that I could put 0 STAR, 1 star for this evaluation is too generous for their customer service.
