The night before I was supposed to leave on a long car trip, I found a bump on the wall of my tire. I stopped in that evening and asked the owner (Freddy IIRC) if he could replace if I brought it in early the next day. He said yes but he would have to order the tire. I dropped off my car first thing in the morning before work, I had it back around noon, and I was on my way no problems. Thanks! Would recommend.

The guy that works there is not a fan of the LGBTQ community. After getting my inspection sticker I needed gas and he told me to go next door to the other gas station because it was *cheaper*. They were .10 cents more a gallon. I wish I could give zero stars.

I wish I could leave negative stars. That's how bad my experience was. I happen to be in the area and needed an inspection so I stopped in. The guy completed the inspection and told me all was good but I needed to have my tint checked. I got in my car and noticed that he gave me a "R" sticker. I got out and asked him way and he said rudely "Read the paper, its all on the paper" To why I said but you did the inspection, I need more information. The guy then began to berate me for the tint. He was very aggressive, rude and provided little to no information. I asked him again, what's the R for more aggressively to me to read the paper and my tint needed to be redone. So asked him what did he measure my tint (% of darkness) and what's the law, yet again he referred me back to the paper. And I told him the paper won't tell me that he got even more irritate with me and told me don't start with him. Sensing an even greater downward spiral, I got in my car and told him worse service I've ever experienced. He then walked up to my car aggressively yelling for me to roll my window down repeating the comment don't start with him. I've been driving for over 30yrs and have never had an experience like this over an inspection sticker. I don't care that he failed the car, I wanted more information on why and what to do. By far, the worse customer experience I have ever had. Do not take your car to this person, it was awful. I'm so stunned that I'm going to report it to the BBB. I never take this approach and I never write reviews but had to because the experience was just that bad.

I've always had a good experience with them. They have been fixing my car for more than 2 years from brakes to tires and they've always done an awesome job. I highly recommend them.

The dude who did my inspection sticker rejected my car, which is fine, not my problem. Rather than explaining the rejection he just spoke at me and gave me incorrect info about getting re-inspected. As someone that used to work in cars, I knew his information was moronic.. but he just got defensive and made it about the rejection and wouldn't elaborate. I'd rather pay an additional $35 to be re-inspected elsewhere that I know is reputable. I just happened to be in the area.

This place deserves NEGATIVE STARS!! Supposed to fix my mothers car, over $1,000 later (second time in 12 months) and it was WORSE, NEW PROBLEMS, THEN WHEN WE BROUGHT IT!!

Big fan of this place and the service! Gas prices are always competitive even at full serve! Staff is always friendly and I will forever come here to get my inspections done because they make the whole experience a breeze! This isn't your fancy gas station with a dunkin and candy shelves - in fact this place doesn't even sell butts and inside is certainly nothing to write about. I will be back to get quotes on my car for general maintenance stuff because I'd rather give my business to the local hard working peeps,! I think this is the place to go for tatnuck locals

Never take your car to this repair shop,at the corner Of Mill St and Chandler,Worcester,Ma .Tthey put the wrong parts in my sons car, which caused a fire.Then, they got the correct part and put that one in. In the end, they charged us for both the faulty part and the new part, so we were charged twice ! Then, to top it off, they even charge charged us for repairing the the damage THEY CAUSED ! We wanted to take the car out of there, after they put the first part in, but they wouldn't let us take it, unless we paid their outrageous bill ,which we refused ! So, to prevent us from seeing what they did to the car and to prevent us from taking it, they moved it to their friends repair shop, in Leicester. We had to pay for a rental car for two weeks and we were inconvenienced by them keeping our car for that long and cost us huge bills ! When we received the car back, it was only two days before the check engine light came back on and instead of bringing it back to those A-holes, who would have probably kept it another two weeks, we brought it elsewhere. The mechanics there, couldn't understand anything Getty did , under the hood and that nothing made sense They even ruined the CO2 sensor, which now had to be repaired too. That cost us another 180.00 bucks ! They were rude and even used foul language with me, on the phone. they lied through their teeth and they all told us different stories about what was going on. It was clear none of them knew what they were doing. I will never even get gas there again, nor will I bring my car there.....I hope no one else does either. buyer beware. lol
