A doctor referred Sunrise to me, even though I told him that I already have a prosthetist that's been providing my equipment for many years.Sunrise has called me no less than 5 times and I repeatedly told them that I don't need or want their services. I told them not to call again on the third call. Then, I blocked their numbers and since my phone automatically picks and hangs up on them, they took it upon themselves to call my emergency contact!!Enough is ENOUGH! If they keep calling, they'll get a one star rating from one of my associates for each and every call from now to eternity!OMG!! Now they posted PERSONAL INFORMATION in their reply to this review! This company is absolutely, horrendously abusive, inconsiderate and dangerous!

IF YOU ARE ON THE HYPERMOBILE SPECTRUM OR HAVE EHLERS DANLOS THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR YOU. I tried to explain how the care I needed would be different but I was never given the chance to fully explain.The owner is the kind of medical professional that is late for most of their appointments, interrupts most of the things you try to explain, and acts like it's your fault when you tell them they hurt you. It was a very stressful and disappointing experience and I hope I save someone the trouble. Some people think because I am quiet I am rude, so maybe my vibe was off, but I never said anything that warranted such poor treatment. It's harmful to make the assumption that someone is acting in bad faith, especially when you're not respecting their (my) boundaries. Not to mention that only 1 of my 4 appointments started on time. I still feel very disrespected and I am very tired of being polite to people who couldn't care less about me and my care.Update: I left an extremely detailed patient survey and you chose not to contact me about it, this was over a year ago so I've given plenty of time. And what happened exactly was I asked not to be touched in a specific place again because it hurt and you argued with me and never apologized. And you literally didn't respond and interrupted when I tried to explain my EDS. One of the worst medical offices I have ever been to in my life.

So i have been a amputee since i was 6 years old and now im 49 ,since my years being a amputee i have had the honor of being with sunrise and being with karen and im guessing 35 years maybe more since i was 7 now i am 49.Since losing my leg back then i have gone to karen all these years and to me i would not have a better prosthetic tech working on my new prosthetics .Karen has been there for me if i need anything at all and in my life so far she has been the best there is and i would not exept anyone but her to deliver a superb and enjoyable experience for me .As long as karen is there she is the best she listens,accepts,and also delivers the best experience a amputee could ask for A++ for 35 years and hopefully for the years coming so anyone reading this review i believe and i would want anyone but karen attending to me.Thank you karen and have you made my life easier without a doubt so from me to you Thank you you are a blessing to me

Karen and her staff are just amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable! I have been to this location with both my daughter and my brother. I’m my brother’s caregiver. My brother Domingos wears a prosthetic leg and my daughter wears a shoe lift. I do go more to the Milford location just because it’s closer to me. Both places are just great. Karen did such an amazing job taking measurements of my brother’s leg to build a prosthesis I was so impressed!!! The new prosthesis came in fast, adjustments were made whenever necessary by both Jamison and Karen. They are so knowledgeable. This is by far my brother’s favorite prosthetic leg, that he has owned, and he has owned many of them. He lost his leg when he was 21 years old he is now 58. After he lost his leg he never wore shorts again. Total of 37 years! As soon as he got this new leg, he felt good about himself, the leg feels amazing according to him and he got his confidence back. He started wearing shorts and going everywhere. This prosthetic leg is much lighter and if feels good it does not hurt him.My brother and I would like to thank Karen, Jamison, and the rest of the staff that has worked towards making my brother’s life easier, and for giving him his confidence back. Great work!!

All those braces I have are not damaged to the point of not being refurbished, I'm turning this into fraud... I hope it goes to court I'll show up with all the braces and tell my story... I'm not upset over the bill I couldn't care less I just want everyone to be aware of what you are doing. (unbelievable as well my walkaide that she took to try and fix I got back with all sprung from her prying on it and the girl at the desk took it out of the lost and found box with a bunch of eyeglasses and other things in it what a place)Stay clear from this place, I have been going there for years and have about 5 arizona AFO's that only the leather portion was damaged and they clearly could have been refurbished. Sunrise kept casting me for new ones and billing the insurance company, when she got caught up with she wants me to pay for it, they told me all she had to do was send in a letter of why it needed to be replaced and they'd cover it she never said anything that was wrong that couldn't be refurbished, then she had the nerve to send it to collections. This way Sunrise gets paid for the casting the casting appointment, the fitting appointment and the new brace. This brace is supposed to last 5 years I guess the owner of Sunrise said.This is insurance fraud and needs to be reported. Don't let this happen to you.

first time ever going here to get fitted for ortho insoles an the staff is honestly really nice an explain to me about how they would work better for me because i have arched feet very pleasant people plus i love the animal in the waiting room:)

Exceptional care, state of the art prosthetics, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Karen is the best prosthetist I have worked with and goes out of her way to help the patient. Sunrise Prosthetics has helped me to compete on my college track team and stay comfortable and safe while training hard.

We went to Sunrise a few times for AFOs. My child is very handicapped and delayed. While Karen voiced that she understood his limitations, her frustrated energy made the whole situation worse. This happened on more than one occasion. Also, she made it sound like the fancier, patterned afos were a big deal.This wasn't the case when we went to Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics, in any sense-- patience or quality or design choices. I also had to have the AFOs from Hanger adjusted much less than when I went to Sunrise.
