Very clean, the washers and dryers are set at the real temperature and not on lower like most other laundries in Worcester.

XLarge drying machine took my money and the attendant acting like she didn’t understand what I was trying to explain to her. Machine also shows coin only.

First Visit they took at least four days to give me my laundry back, Went back because they were the closest laundry to me. Pick up my laundry the next day and when I get home…I was meeting clothes, when I called the laundry, the guy said that there were a bag and some clothes in hangers left behind he apologize and when I go the next morning, I rude girl hand me the clothes in the hangers And said there were nothing else, I explained to her that the person from the night before confirmed what was left behind and with an ugly attitude said well “that’s what is here”.

They need to fix MULTIPLE dryers that are out of order. They charge enough to invest in upkeep. Also, some of the washers smell, and they don't clean the parts. Staff does a great job of keeping the place clean and organized, but management needs to address maintenance

Best laundromat I’ve found in Worcester so far. Clean, friendly staff, rarely machines out of order. The dryers are amazing in comparison in laundromax and the likes. Will fry your clothes really fast. You don’t have to use a load money onto a card or use coins, you can pay with your credit card right on the machines! Lots of seating and there’s a really affordable grocery store as well as dollar tree next door if you want to knock out multiple errands at once. Really recommend this place.

I’ve been using the pick up/ delivery service for my massage business for a few years now and it has made my life so much easier. They do a great job and are so accommodating. Vanessa is really helpful and so pleasant to deal with. I’ve recommended them to other massage professionals as well people looking for personal laundry services.

If you close at 10 like your hours of operation says then do that, I should expect to get my clothes at 9:30, even 9:50!!!!

First time today using this laundromat and I have to say, it is by far the best one I've come across in my area. The staff were friendly and ready to answer all my questions with no problem. Clean and quiet environment. I will definitely be back soon !

The staff that works the 1:00 pm shift are rude, I asked them to help me on two occasions and their responses and attitude were very rude, they should remind them that their job is with the public, I will not return to this laundry again. .

Suds is extremely clean. The employee's are nice and pleasant to deal with and it is located next to a place for great wings, a decently priced supermarket and the $$ store. All in all, if you have to do laundry this is the better place to do it!
