This restaurant was clean. I was very impressed BUT my spicy Italian contain a salami meat end, which would be fine, if it was at least a 1/2 of an inch thick. There is no way the woman making the sandwich didn't know she was putting that in the sandwich. I will continue going to subway, just not this one.

The woman working during my visit said the fountain water “didn’t taste right” and suggested I buy a bottled water when I requested a water cup. After further investigation, the water tasted very normal and she was just trying to push a sale. That was rude.

The employee was very nice but the vegetables looked very old as if they needed to be thrown out days ago so I refused any which is a bummer. The toast on the sandwich was extremely light almost not toasted. Not consistent with other Subway locations. We won't be back

This place should be shut down not only did I get food poisoning from them but the husband and wife that run the place are just awful humans. they have had many violations that then have gotten in trouble for so if you eat there good thing urgent care is across the street because you’ll need it believe me I know.

Walked right in at 11:15 for lunch. No wait, and the friendly worker was ready to serve me. Quick sandwich and chips, in and out. Very modern and bright colorful interior. Chips and breads displayed well.

The ONLY subway I will go to in the area. Awesome food, awesome service.Kid-friendliness: My toddler is very interested in the ordering process, everyone is always kind, patient and willing to interact with him!

I would've dined in but they don't have a bathroom available to guests. It should be required for the safety of guests and employees to have the ability to wash one's hands.Dietary restrictions: Keto friendly

Food was fresh and store was very clean, haven't been to a subway in many years but I would say this store was a very pleasant surprise. Will come more often.

There’s lot of things to say. It is being run very cheaply. They don’t let customers use their bathrooms by putting an out of order sign on it. Forcing their own customers next door where the neighbor business says they’ve been lying about it for a while. They don’t accept coupons. I was up charged when the clerk marked one of my 5 sandwiches as a foot long instead of 6 inch. I had to go back for a refund. And now I start eating my sandwich and there’s a hair in it. Stop being so cunjoos you gujjus.

I ordered online with delivery thru DoorDash from the Subway franchise in Fair Plaza on the Worcester/Auburn line. The order (2 bread less bowls) arrived promptly but both items were totally wrong, with ordered veggies not included in both bowls and unwanted items included. I called the store to attempt to rectify matters but the woman who answered just argued with me as to whether the order was in fact wrong (hint: it was). So I won't ever order from this Subway franchise again. There are too many restaurants who welcome online orders and who either get them right the first time or make them right upon notice...

Rude female owner she yells at a customer because they asked if they take coupons and she responded with “NO THROW IT AWAY OR GO” the store smells like a dirty bathroom no wonder no one was in the place. I’d never go back in that subway ever again.
