In this store I have had bad expectations about the attention and the noise, the mockery of my person and I have noticed that they have done it with other people. I ask you please, there are 2 people who work. Who are doing this next thing I will take the names? of these people if anyone looks at this comment please help me get it to the superiors of stop & shop

There is bad attention here because they laugh just because. We don't speak English and that's bullying, a humble woman of color, I suggest you put different staff.

Bought pickling cucumber ? ? ? ? ? at stop n shop, I am trying to copy a cucumber pickle from Armsby Abby on Main St, had a smash burger & coffee, was like 40$, and only liked the pickle. I have never made a pickle, or canned anything. Looks easy, delicious homemade pickles taste great.
Wish me luck. The recipe is 1c apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, celery seeds, & mustard seed. I'm fresh out of seeds. Boil cover, & tighten a ball jar. Wait 2 hours serve? Any one ever make your own cucumbers?I won't be looking to pay 40$ for 1/2 cup

Probably the worst grocery store in Worcester.
Run down, dirty, half empty shelves. Incredibly expensive. Save yourself some time and money and go across the street.

Doherthy the cashier should be promoted. She makes an exceptional service.

This stop and shop is much worse than any stop and shop I've been to before or after. They're regularly poorly stocked, prices are very high, and the produce is mushy if it's even there at all. I have to go to another store for basic things like lemons, limes, onions, tomatos, potatos, etc because they're usually in bad shape here. They don't carry basic herbs reliably (if you want basil you have to hope they have a plant). Anybody who lives nearby is better off going to the stop and shop on west boyston street, or picking a different store entirely.

The place has a very good layout , easy to find what your looking for all under one roof. Customer service is great no lines ,always a self check out available. The produce is great and they always have many different kinds of fruits

Price is too high. I also do not work for STOP and Shop. Self Check out takes at least 6 or more jobs and then only Paying for 1 employee to correct each issue. If that employee iant full time then they dont have the option to have Health insurance. On top of that the prices are ridiculous. It is sick that the minimum wage was raised and now employees have more responsibilities, plus a self check out cannot give customer service. Only a Human being can..

Employees are nice, but there aren't enough of them. The self checkouts are the worst. The scanner barely works, the weight check is always off, and the warnings are so loud, and the machines close together, you can't tell if it is your kiosk or another one telling you to do something. There aren't enough employees monitoring them, so you wait forever for one to come. I have used various self checkouts in other stores, and these are the absolute worst. Since there is only one actual cashief, and she is also manning the self checkouts on her other side, that isn't faster.

Poor customer service I went there on 01/10/24 at 1150 am to purchase a money order The signs placed on the counter said Closed go to the next window There was no one at any window I asked a store employee when or if they’d open and she shrugged her shoulders and kept walking Needless to say that was my last trip to the store in Lincoln Plaza
