We found Spritzo/The Portland Group in Worcester because of a disappointing visit to the Kohler Store in Natick. We were looking for help with purchasing the fixtures and the door for our upcoming shower renovation, only to be told that everything we wanted was either backordered or unavailable. The salesperson suggested we try elsewhere and rattled off a couple of business names. I called a few of them and left a message on Spritzo’s voicemail. Within 10 minutes of leaving the message, Kathie returned my call and within less than a day, she had found and ordered our door. I reached back to her to get a quote for the other fixtures we wanted and she not only sent us one that was significantly less than the one we had been given, she told me that some of the items might not be necessary for our job. She invited us to stop down to the showroom so that we could discuss and see what we actually wanted and needed. She found us fixtures that went better with the rest of our bathroom and again saved us quite a bit of expense. They offer complimentary delivery to your home, and Kathie kept in touch throughout the entire process. Our door came on time and the other items were also ready when we needed them to complete our renovation. The follow up and attention to customer service is impeccable and we would highly recommend Kathie and Spritzo to all who are looking for bathroom fixtures and accessories.

Kathie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with quality hardware selections for our new bathroom. It took a few months to receive our order but the items are beautiful and solid (not flimsy). I'm happy with Spritzo"s service amd would use th again.

I worked with Kathie over at Spritzo in Worcester and she was excellent to work with! With an endless amount of product options, she was very helpful in guiding us to the fixtures/hardware that would achieve the look that we wanted for the space. She is knowledgeable on the fixture installation considerations that need to be factored in at the onset of the project. Kathie always kept us updated on material lead time and helped us hit our deadlines. Our kitchen and bathroom came out excellent - Thanks Kathie!

I visited the Worcester showroom and had a great experience with Kathie Dunn who was able to help me select an LED Mirror for our new Primary Bathroom. The showroom had a great selection and we are very pleased with the quality of the mirror. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely underwhelming to say the least. Showroom is very small. They only have a few bathtubs, a couple toilets, and a meager show of vanities. The only saving grace is they have a tolerable selection of working faucets and showerheads, otherwise I would have given one star.
