Came in to return my home internet modem after I spent an hour on the phone with tmobile customer service. The instructions were simple bring your device into the store to return your equipment. I also received an email from t mobile with the same instructions. I get greeted at the door by associate Davon. Immediately he started in asking if I have my receipt or the box it came in. It was like he was looking for a reason why he couldn't help me. Then he said that I would have to come back when his manager was there. He kept telling me customer service doesn't know what they are doing and they do this all the time, what the associate doesn't understand is that by calling your own companies customer service department incompetent, doesn't make up for wasting a customer's time, gas money. One again tmobile doesn't take ownership. I will ship the modem back UPS so I don't get more reasons why I can't return my device to the store.

Bad customer service when twice never found the problem. The second i couldn't believe his word.Do what you have to do, because of his attitude and the girl when i went the first time with her dog face and attitude at the end I change to AT&TThanks for that great customer service.Do not go there! They have to know how too treat people first to be customer service and they should know one thing they get paid because of us the clients So that means when we go to the store. we deserve more that what can I help u I rated 000

And the structure of the store is beautiful. However, my experience was TERRIBLE. The employee who served us... my friend Juliany and I was extremely rude. I asked to see the account details. So as he wasn't clear with the information we needed, for a moment I got closer to him and his tablet and he very rudely told me to stay in my place and stay where I was. I would just like to view the numbers in my account for my 2 children. Then, he also said that he wouldn't show me the second step of purchasing the possible 2 new phones, because he wasn't sure I could pay the bill... so it would be a waste of time to show me. I felt absolutely sick. Because I felt discriminated against either because I was an immigrant or because I was a woman. When I paid for the devices, he was on the internet, on Instagram watching reels... until the moment I asked if the cell phones were configured. So we sat down to wait until he finished the settings. I really felt extremely poorly treated, discriminated against and I DO NOT recommend the service provided by T MOBILE to anyone. Is too sad!

I wish I can give 0 stars just because of how wildly unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate the reps are there. Even the manager has a nasty attitude and refuses to help customers since they’re so lazy.

Tried to upgrade my phone today, was looking to purchased a new device - left without anything but a feeling that my business wasn't welcome, person was more annoyed than helpful. Went to another location - and boom, everything was done.

Customer service is lacking at this location. I would suggest going elsewhere because they don't want to assist their T-Mobile customers.

EDIT: originally gave 4 stars. As seen below, we were quoted 35 per line (2 lines x 35= 70). We were surprised to see our first bill days later that said 80 dollars. When we called about the discrepancy we were told “he never said that”, referring to the 35 once we suggested he may have misquoted us. Shady to underquote and then deny doing it. Proceed with cautionOriginal review:Worked with Davon. He was awesome. Answered all our questioned and helped set us up with a military plan and autopay - $35/line unlimited. He was so helpful. If he is the standard for T-Mobile customer service, they are going in the right direction.Needs improvement: $75 activation fee for 2 phones - not advertised online. Also, phone companies should find a way to port unused numbers held by other carriers. Currently, it can be difficult to bring an old phone number.

Don't know if he was a manager or just a senior guy, but the time I went in, he couldn't even be bothered to look at a customer when speaking to them, he spoke to me over his shoulders. That attitude trickles down to the other employees as they rather push you off to call customer service instead of helping, or at least initiating the call on your behalf.

Honestly, hate to be that guy, but this was one of the worst experiences in switching phone plans that I’ve ever had. I know there’s always some speed bumps in this process, and I’m not expecting the store reps to be hold a PHD in phone plans, but the lack of knowledge and (more importantly) care at this store was tremendously bad. I spent a total of 9 hours over 3 days to get my phone plan dialed in and still had to go to another store to get some actual help. Avoid this location if you can. Go to the Millbury store for all your T-Mobile needs, the drive is worth not having a brain aneurism trying to talk to explain yourself to these clowns.

If I could write zero stars I would. This T-Mobile location is absolutely awful. I went in to start a new family plan with 6 lines. You would think someone about to give them this much business would be taken care of but no…..I was there SIX hours on Saturday and another 3 Sunday and 3 Monday on top of being on the phone with them for 3.5 hours. All because the employee Malachi messed something up at the start of the process and was trying to save himself. Ended up going to the Milbury location and had great service from their employee Travis who fixed all the mistakes Malachi had made. Save your time and money and go to Milbury.

I come in to pick up a phone that I had ordered. Unfortunately, I failed to provide proof of my ID because I had changed my name but I had not changed it on the T-mobile account. As I am walking out the door I get a text message that the ordered was cancelled. I go back to MALACHI and asked “why did you cancel my order?” And he said “it’s store policy” I wasn’t having it. I asked for the policy. MALACHI failed to provide the policy, got frustrated and proceeded to yell “GET OUT” and threatened me with the police. Malachi was wrong (as the customer service representative at T-mobile told me) and did not have want to admit it.
