I could not have asked for better service. I broke a leaf spring on my 5th wheel coming in to Sturbridge. Called Brian at Spring Rebuilders just as they were closing and he did the best he could to match a spring, but it was an inch too long. He was able to order a direct replacement for me (I purchased 4 new springs) and had them at the shop the next day. A few other shops tried to help me but couldn't when they found I needed a 4000 lb spring. The customer service I received from Brian was outstanding. Thanks you!

Old-school knowledge here. Fast turn around, pulled my truck in overnight so I didn't have to worry about unloading all my tools so it could sit on rt.20 in worcester

Went for alignment and to fix ride quality had a appointment for it.Over a week later Truck is done 99% of what was asked to be done was not. Steering wheel was filthy. And I mean seriously dirty 2 rags worth of cleaning to get the grime off. Alignment was done bill was almost 3 times the standard rate of a 3 axle and ride quality is worse then when dropped off . Alignment was done but if a hard right pull after a alignment is what you get then I'll pass. Overall trying to get someone that understands spec's is hard. If you want a toe and go this is your place if you want to fix your issues then keep looking none were resolved and what was not resolved was charged for. I'm not rich and I'm not poor I'd pay whatever was needed to get the job done correctly and at 1 week say it needs nothing still make noise like bad spring pins and be told they are good.. incompetent is the word . I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop for repairs. I will not be back and want nothing to do with them utterly disappointed
