“My brother and I had planned a trip to Lake Champlain where we would be honoring my late father. Having our boat was a requirement.
Two weeks before the trip, we discovered the engine had a serious issue putting our plans in jeopardy.
I reached out to Bob and explained our situation. While there was no guarantee, he said he would do his best to repair it in time for our trip.
Not only did he repair our issue, he addressed a couple of other smaller issues we were not even aware of…and he did it with a couple of days to spare!! Talk about making someones day!
