Store was packed. Someone explain why I have to wait in line to just drop off equipment. I didn’t want to add or change any services. Even as I tried to ask that very question I was rudely told to put my name on the list and wait. I did put my name on the list. Waited for 10 minutes and the line didn’t move an inch. Left and went to a UPS store to return what I had. Took 3 minutes total.

I waited over an hour just to return a router. During that time there were 4 people working there. 1 disappeared completely and 2 were engaging in private conversations with customers. Carlos was the one who waited on me as he did for 6 other customers. If there were more helpers like Carlos I would have been out of there in 10 minutes. Spectrum should think of retraining workers or firing the ones that don't pull there own weight. Lucky for you that you are the only game in town. Bob

wasnt greeted upon arrival or told what to do (luckily i knew to sign into a tablet, the 3 older people after me did not) numerous workers ignored every person walking in, while chatting it up. i love and respect a good conversation with a stranger, but its important to greet customers especially older folks who may not be familiar with signing in on tablets. my experience at the other specturm in worcester was the complete opposite and much more efficient for myself and the other customers.

It's great that Spectrum is sending out new cable boxes to everyone, unsolicited , to set up themselves. Especially my 85 year old aunt. Also nice that she has to now return the boxes at a Spectrum store or UPS store. Zero customer service. I see Spectrum trucks all over, maybe wake one of the workers up to go help the elderly.

They need to give existing customers that been there with 20 years more discounts in a lower rate change that stupid way they charge you it should be for month to month not the middle of the month

My husband and I had to come in to activate our phones and clear up a big mess that was made trying to do it over the phone. We made an appointment and were called within 5 minutes. Our customer service store specialist, Latasha James, was outstanding! She was able to help us navigate an unnecessarily difficult process, and completely remedy it. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even when another customer rudely interrupted and began speaking very out of turn to her, while servicing us, she handled it with grace and composure. I would highly recommend working with Latasha James at this location for any problems you may be experiencing with Spectrum services. Thank you SO MUCH Latasha!!

The worse service ever. I contacted the supervisor and he said you have so much interference on the pole. It's effecting the entire neighborhood. Roger said there's nothing he can do just live with it. I am very happy to say that I'm no longer a customer for a terrible company like spectrum. By the way they are lining joe Petty's pockets with money and incentives so no other competition can come in. T-mobile has a great internet service for half of the price

Store not set up properly to know to sign in using tablet. No one working there was very helpful on the process if not having appointment. Wish I was told on the phone to make appointment. Two angry customers left abruptly. I ended up helping some how helping a elderly man who spoke limited English on the tablet who also did not have appointment.

People are knowledgeable, helpful and work hard to resolve all issues. Their inventory of new phones is very low though.

One star is way too high. This internet is really horrible, and they gouge prices after a year then try to cancel anything or change service. This company would be bankrupt if they didn't have a monopoly in my area.
