Good gas station BUT they never refill the receipt paper dispensers in the pumps.Is it that big of a deal to give receipts?

Why do they close at 10:45pm every night? Very annoying they lock the doors and wave people off as they come running into the store every night. They leave the lights and pumps on so they look open.
