Very disappointed in the lack of quality customer service from such an iconic Worcester store. The older female clerk did not offer a friendly greeting and acted like I had interrupted her lunch break. So disappointed ?

Mark and Richard at Sharfman’s were absolutely amazing. I recently got engaged and my fiancé proposed with my grandmother’s engagement ring. I showed them exactly what I was looking for in my dream ring and they custom made the ring I wanted and included my grandmother’s diamond into it. It is exactly what I dreamed of and holds the sentimental value of having my late grandmother included as well. I would recommend everyone go there! ❤️

Sharfmans is a fantastic store! I brought in a treasured pendant, which I had purchased from a craftsman. It came on a too-short, too-thin chain with a too-small clasp. The staff at Sharfmans were really helpful, finding me a much better chain at a great price. They attached the pendant to the new chain right away, while I waited. Thank you so much!While I was at the store I also found some great gifts for other family members.The store is a little hard to find. But they have plenty of parking, and it's well worth the short drive out of the downtown area. Great store, great staff!

Went to fix my gold chain and they were very nice, when I got back my chain it looked like it was brand new and I can’t even tell when it broke. Definitely would recommend.
