Called ahead to see if they had an item. Specifically asked if they had it now because I had to drive there.They said they did.When I got there they didn’t have any, let alone the specific flavor I was asking about.

Make sure you check the expiration date for EVERYTHING. They sell items way after it’s gone bad. Too many times have I had to throw food away from Plaza because it had already gone bad. Same thing today I purchased food for thanksgiving and during prep I notice my carrots were mushy smelly and completely rotten, and the same goes for the turkey necks I purchased. Both items were way passed the expired date. I obviously returned them but in hopes to make an even exchange for the rotten items I looked at the last pack of neck and they too were rotten as well as all the packages of baby carrots. As I stated before this is not the first time but it had better be the last unless the owner of Plaza wants a lawsuit he to putting his customers health at risk ??

This store has very poor customer service. My mom has been a loyal customer here for over 20yrs and she was recently treated very poorly and with a lot of disrespect by 2 of its employees. They made my mother cry over a receipt mistake of a total of $2.50! No excuse.

I went today to buy some stuff with my friend and the cashier told us we had to pay for the bags. We did not any money left for the bags because we didn’t not know this. The cashier took back the bags and had us walk home without any bags with the groceries on our hands. Unacceptable.

Their service during this Pandemic has been excellent! The person who is fulfilling your pick-up order sends you a picture on WhatsApp to make sure it is the article you want.They follow your directions to the "T"!Highly recommended to all looking for Hispanic products!

Crazy wide selection of Hispanic and other ingredients, fantastic produce, always find plantains at different levels of ripeness for maduros, tostones, etc., great customer service and ambiance, this place is an absolute gem.
