Walked into my Santander branch today; there were 5 people waiting in line and NO tellers open…5 teller windows and 5 “next teller please” signs. Had similar problems in the past with long wait times and no bankers available.

Tellers are nice.If you need notary or account setup services there may be a short wait depending on how many people are seated and seeking these services.

I visit the bank twice a week, every week. Very friendly service. Ramon, the manager, always comes out to the lobby to greet people and see if they need help. Very friendly group of tellers

I come in for help. I sit. No one says hello or greets me. The manager asks the tellers if I need help. Not me, I'm 7 feet away. Still no one acknowledges my presence. Its awful here.

There’s always an issue every time I come here. There’s also always a line of customers because the employees just stand around the desk talking to each other. It’s very unprofessional & the customer service is terrible. It doesn’t seem like any of the clerks know what they’re doing up front. I will now go out of my way to travel to a different branch. The park ave branch is not worth coming to at this point.

Omg never have I waited so long at a bank especially when there's no one waiting!!!! No wonder why they dont have people working for them! What kind of bank only have 1 person working?! ✌ out santander.

I’m standing at the counter, literally thinking to myself- this is by far the slowest bank ever. Every transaction, every teller takes forever. No matter the day, typically one teller working and one pretending to be busy.

Ive always had great luck at this bank. Their manager Ramon was friendly, Evelyn and Anna were helpful and kind.

If I was able to give zero stars I would’ve. They don’t even deserve this one star. How are you gonna charge someone to cash a check that is drawn on their bank? Complete greed is what it is. This bank should be shut down

Trying to close my accounts and leave this terrible bank. Waited in line for teller for 15 minutes only to be told I have to speak with someone else who hasn't acknowledged my presence for 10 mins while making copies and has had the same guy sitting in her cubical. Nevermind the fact there are at least 4 other people waiting for a rep to help them. If you need to actually do business that a teller cant handle dont hold your breath here. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. So thankful to have closed my accounts with this disgraceful bank! If I could have picked ZERO stars or better yet negative I would have. WORST BANK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
