Gold star blv Worcester is by far one of the best locations. Adelina has helped with wire transfers and has being more then helpful figuring the fact that I didn’t have all the data needed for the wire so thank you.

Worse experience. They changed their policies that if you don’t have an account with them you cannot add money to someone else account. I normally go to the bank and put money into my moms account so that she could pay for her medicine because she’s elderly. I can’t get her cash app or anything because she’s not tech savvy. This was inconvenient and this is just a skeem to open up accounts with them. So basically let my mom die without her medicine money because Santander wouldn’t let me deposit money into my moms account

Wasn't cool how the staffperson tried to convince us to classify our general partnership as a sole proprietership to open a business account. Also not cool that they sent my partner a $300 cash bonus offer but refused to offer it to me. Whatever... will just go to another bank, but I don't think really inexperienced people should be allowed a ton of authority because if I didn't know any better I would have signed up for a fraudulent or at least incorrect account structure. He even asked me incredulously why we registered with the city of Worcester... just really kinda shocking lack of knowledge and did not smile or wish us a good day as we left, either... he kept mentioning how partnership agreements are usually multiple pages (ours is one page, which is completely fine...) anyway, I'm done with Santander in general now, if they really allow this sort of incompetence.
