If you’re looking for a trustworthy, honorable place to go get your car checked out or inspected this is the place you need to go!! They explained everything to me clearly and were very honest about prices and how that all calculated into my final amount. They were fast and easy. The people were friendly and welcoming. Ladies if you’re nervous about other auto shops then just come here !

Completely incompetent.They failed my car inspections without actually inspecting it. Was told my car wouldn't pass so they slapped a failed sticker on my car based solely on looking at my car. My car is in great shape and just got it fixed two days before going here. They will tell you your car is not up to par so they can charge you to fix it when there is nothing to be fixed.Took it elsewhere and passed no problems.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!Service: Vehicle Inspection

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Id give them a zero if i could. They failed my car without so much as putting it on a lift. Off rip said there was a hole in my muffler when I literally just got an entirely brand new one put on a week before. I passed emissions but not safety? How? When it's not loud, there was good suction and expulsion. This place might have been good before but they definitely gone downhill. All about the dollar. They didn't even want to tell me exactly what it was. They said they were busy when there was literally noone in the shop at all. Zero cars. All around bad service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Went in for an alignment. Was told they weren't busy and available. Got there and was told they were busy but not one car one a lift and not a soul insight. Just shady.Services: Brakes

This is one of the few decent auto shop around Worcester. Professional, honest and good customer service. Look for Tommy, An or Jayden and they will surely take care of you! Don't go to any other shop that doesn't treat you right and only wants your money for a mediocre job. Highly recommended!
