I sold two properties with Rheault Realty. In both cases, Tom Rheault provided excellent guidance on how to prepare and price the property, And we had multiple offers within the first week of listing. He also provided excellent recommendations for self preparation, services, and legal support.
Ben Doane handled the details of the listings and of processing the purchase and sale documents, working through some nontrivial issues between the mortgage bank and the condo association. I would not have been able to sell these properties remotely without the professionalism and expertise of this firm.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Rheault Real Estate team to purchase our first ever home. Ben Doane was our buying realtor, and I couldn't be more impressed with his exceptional service. Throughout the entire home buying process, which was no easy feat in 2023, Ben demonstrated an unmatched level of patience, making sure to address all of our concerns and questions with utmost care and attention.

Tom and his team helped me find the house I was looking for! They were knowledgable about the area as well as the conditions of houses we were looking at throughout the process. I could trust them to point out to me features that I would (or would not) like during our hunt. They listened to what I was looking for and made a point to try to find something that matched that. I never felt any pressure during the process and was very comfortable whether we were spending an hour examining a house I didn't end up buying or if I wanted to leave almost immediately after noticing something I would not want to live with. I would highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone who wants to look for a house with a realtor who is well informed, up to date, punctual and professional.

Tom helped us sell our home of 25 years. Throughout the process he was a professional, a true leader, and a pleasure to work with. He did the leg work needed to price our house properly, then told us exactly what to do to stage the house for sale. Our house shown perfectly and we quickly got multiple offers. We found Carmen Michel and the rest of the Rheault Real Estate Team after reading rave reviews online. We’d met and corresponded with two other realtors but hadn’t felt fully confident about them. Since this was our first time buying a home, we wanted to make sure we were in very good hands. As it turns out, we too can’t recommend Carmen (and Ben and Tom) highly enough!Carmen was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She got back to us quickly via email and phone, addressing all the questions of two people who had never gone through the house-buying process before. Carmen helped us assess the conditions of the houses we saw (in terms of what might need repair or be truly problematic), and she really knows the central MA market. Even though the competition for our new home was intense, she helped us put together a successful offer! As newcomers to Worcester, we’re also grateful for the list of excellent vendors and other contacts she provided.When we sell or buy again in the area, we will look forward to getting to work with Carmen and the team. Tom was phenomenal to work with in the sale of our unique antique home. He priced our property perfectly, took gorgeous photos, marketed it effectively, and in the end was able to sell it in 4 days. He was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and because of that created a stress-free home sale experience. We are sad to be leaving the area because we would love to work with Tom again.

Working with Tom was great. He helped us buy our first home in Worcester and sell it 2 years later when we were moving out of state for work. Tom was really nice, helpful and honest. We really trusted that he always had our best interests in mind. He was also very patient, as first time home buyers it took us months to finally make a decision. His advice helping us decide was the best. If we still lived in MA we would have worked with him on every purchase and sale.

We had indirectly interacted with Tom through a number of sales in our family, so we first engaged him for a market analysis in hopes of selling our townhouse. Tom was great to work with. My husband and I were first time home buyers and he made the process very seamless. He was there every step of the way. Communication was great.
