Great place for care, it’s really a shame there are workers here who are not passionate. Some answer the phone with attitude and smart remarks. With the addition of providers who look at you like cuckoo’s when asking for your symptoms. Some people just go into the medical field selfishly for the check and not to provide compassionate care.

I absolutely love our pediatrician! Dr.Francis is so smart and truly listens and cares for your children. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Dr.Francis and team for always making the trip to the doctors for my baby and I a little less nerve wracking with your positive attitudes and expertise. We appreciate you!

I called to setup the appointment.Talked with customer service for Ultrasound her name was Angela who took my call was very rude and not helpful. Don't want to take that attitude early in the morning ?

I dropped someone off for their appointment and I was able to use the public restroom. The receptionist was very helpful and polite as she directed me to it's location. The restroom was clean and in good condition. There also was plenty of parking, including handicap parking spots near the entrance.

What I got to say about Reliant Medical is that they are fantastic.
Every time I have an appointment I get treated very well with no questions asked.
I will always go to Reliant Medical for life all the way. ❤ ?

My first time at Neponset St it is a beautiful building it is wheelchair accessible and elevators make it easy to maneuver.

My PCP retired so I was stuck with the nurse practitioner Andrea Turbide. When I went in for my physical, I felt that she did not give me a proper physical she was not thorough at all. Before she entered the room, a girl took my vitals, and noticed that my blood pressure was high and throughout my physical Andrea did not mention this at all.She asked me if I do my own tests in the back of my mind I’m like “you’re the nurse aren’t you supposed to perform the test during a physical”How am I supposed to know what to feel for?I feel that the time I spent with her if she was not referring me to someone she was just dismissing me.I’ve changed my PCP and couldn’t be happier and I’m getting out of the reliant medical system. I find in the past that their doctors have not been thorough during routine physicals and if you want to discuss issues that you’re having during the physical they just refer you and they don’t take the time needed for quality patient care.I gave them 2 stars because the office staff are nice and helpful.

I really cant reccomend this place. Ive been here a long time and theyve done next to nothing for me. Dont download mychart youll get bills you never had before. I got a medicare statement saying the maximum I may be billed is 0 yet I got billed 50 something for the visit and 10 for xrays I never had to pay that stuff before. All to be told to take miralax. Called about the bill we dont know call medicare, they dont know and make something up..two different billing figures. The pcp I had before (leominster) left the practice...i couldnt ever see her anyways and always saw a nurse. I didnt know where else I should go stayed here its a big company, getting sicker and sicker. They dont explain test results, very confusing mychart, all kindsa medical stuff I cant read, they say its normal its fine, when theres an exclamation point even. I figured out I had high cholesterol, noone spoke to me about it, they just click and ask questions at the computer and order tests, book appointments, so much going on, all the ever do is nothing til you have cancer. Everythings fine til youre dying, is every place like this?

I receive infusion treatments here and the nursing staff is absolutely excellent. I felt so comfortable and safe

People answering the phone in dermatology are so cold and uncaring. No humanity, or concern for a person's well being. Like robots with no emotion.
