I had to go three times in person just to cancel my account. It kept charging for 18 months even after my subscription ended at 12 months which included additional annual fee without me renewing the subsciption. After I went in person the 3rd time, I was able to cancel the subscription.
In few weeks after cancellation, I was refunded 30$ but did not get the additional annual fee refunded which was charged without me renewing the subscription.

In the evening when it’s high volume there is this cult of squatters that sit on the machines for the sole purpose of texting on their phones Staff says nothing to them It’s become chronic like no other gym I’ve ever been to The only thing that keeps me at this place is the low price and location But you get what you pay for

First time at this location. Waited around for a bar pad with no one at the front desk for several minutes. They returned once over the course of a 20 minutes period leaving the desk unattended. Members are not wiping equipment leaving behind SWEAT PUDDLES nor re-racking used weights. I was cringing as a health and exercise professional.
