Well worth the black card .. can bring a friend free Tan free think about it ya go to a tan salon its like 15 $ a session maybe more! Can tan everyday here only 26$ new equipment good staff i cant complain!

This is the first negative review I have written.
Planet Fitness Webster Square was the worst experience of any gym I have ever entered, and I have exercised at numerous gyms in multiple countries., for decades.
Planet Fitness Webster Square treated me in a non professional, demeaning, condescending manner - and I am not a sensitive person .
Planet Fitness Webster Square promotes unethical practices, and on multiple occasions double billed my account.
Do not patronize this gym as there are multiple options nearby. Such as the YMCA Central Branch Worcester (great facility)
Crunch Grafton St (also great) and Anytime Fitness (great).
Anywhere but that terrible purple place is great.
And I have never been treated so poorly in my life (and that says a lot lol)
I would like to express that I enjoy the Lincoln street Planet Fitness and feel welcome and respected there.

I will never go to this planet fitness again. I was followed around by strange men as well as stared at. When I decided this place was no longer for me it was insane how they treated me. You literally have to jump through hoops to quit. Not recommended at all

Its just OK, no classes to keep people interested. The worst thing though, is they have Fox "news" and won't turn it off. So I will be joining another gym that understands how harmful it is and will not allow that on their televisions.

I absolutely love this place! Very friendly assistants! Tons of equipment to fulfill everything I plan to work on! Nice relaxing massage chairs for afterwards!
