I don’t know if they forgot the coleslaw or it’s different now but We ordered 4 dishes: 2 fish and chips and 2 platters and we didn’t get any coleslaw. I will ask next time because this was unexpected. That’s my reason for the 4 stars”

They have been wonderful.Recently I panicked because I was going out of town and realized at the eleventh hour my mother would be out of one of her meds while I was away. Thankfully the Pharamicst expedited it for me so I was about to pickup all her meds on time and could leave with peace of mind.This team continues to be very proactive, responsive and helpful which really makes the task easier for me.”

“While pharmacies associated with grocery store chains have been around for awhile, I only recently started using them because the prices of specific pharmaceuticals are much less than at drug store chains like Walgreens or CVS (even with insurance). The Big Y pharmacy in their Worcester store is relatively small, but the service is excellent and people working there are pleasant. I also happened to save a lot of money on my Rx. Good to have the Big Y app loaded.”

They actually call you when it's important and sound genuinely since. It's kinda nice to go to a pharmacy and be treated amicably straight off that bat when you're stressed out or sick. Not to mention I just had an issue with my insurance and they gave me all this information and help about what I could do if it was an emergency, where I could go and numbers to call, what to ask for etc. A lot of places will seem annoyed but the person that helped was really nice.”

“I like the store's convenient Rt 20 location. I sympathize with those that have pharmacy issues, no Sunday hours or drive thru etc. I plan ahead. Dan, a pharmacist, caught a possible interaction problem the doctor should have caught. Another pharmacist caught a potential allergic reaction. Repeatly pharmacy staff have helped me fill prescriptions at other Walgreens stores when they couldn't fill them here. I think I will stick with this store with its flaws. They have a DCU ATM inside. Store is handicapped accessible.”

“I have been with Boulevard for at least 4 years. They always provide excellent customer service and willing to help get new prescriptions approved by insurance. These past few weeks have been crazy cause of Change healthcare breach. I have special compounded meds due to allergies from the retail store manufacturers. My meds keep me alive and not knowing for a week whether insurance would cover them is very stressful. I even at the beginning called over 14 different compound pharmacy in MA and only found 1 that takes my insurance. Luckily boulevard was able to get special permission to still be able to fill them. I can't thank them enough for all they do for me and their other customers.”
