Johnny and his crew took care of us when we had car trouble on our way out of town for a long weekend. Johnny got us in immediately, explained the problem, fixed our car and got us on the road again- all for a very reasonable price! We were so lucky to have found Perro’s. Johnny was amazing. Highly recommend this place!!

Getting into an accident is a stressful event. From the start, John was professional and thorough which helped ease my anxiety. He walked me through all the repairs and kept me informed each step of the way. During the last few months there have been shortages of auto body parts as well as long wait times for shipments. John went above and beyond to find all the parts needed. He also made sure all the issues were addressed and fixed properly. He worked directly with the insurance company and adjuster so I didn’t have to which took that stress off me. My car was brand new and when I got it back, it looks like the accident never happened. I’m very happy with the repairs and grateful for John’s help.

My car was involved in a parking lot hit and run. I brought it to Perro's not knowing what to expect. they took care of everything from start to finish. John Perro dealt with the insurance company, advocated for new parts where needed, repaired the car timely, and detailed it before I picked it up. my car looks brand new!! we are extremely satisfied with Perro's service. this shop is reputable, fair and knowledgeable. happy customer here!!

I bought a pre-owned Lexus from John over at his shop in Auburn (also named Perro’s). It was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever been a part of. However, the car that I bought refused to start one day. I had the battery tested & the battery wasn’t the issue. I asked John if I could have it towed to this shop in Worcester to be looked at. He said yes & I arranged the tow. After having it looked at by a friendly mechanic named Dan for about an hour or two, the car was fixed (electrical issue) & John did not charge me for this service. I highly recommend anyone go to this repair shop. I also recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go to his store in Auburn!Services: Electrical
