I recently purchased a new refrigerator at Percy's, working with Rick Medeiros. Rick was great in every aspect of the process. The delivery process was also outstanding, with the guys installing the new fridge and removing the old one. For my next major appliance purchase, I plan to repeat this process as it was fantastic overall.

Fabrizio and his crewman were exceptional! They took the utmost care during the entire delivery process. This was no easy task either since they were removing two existing fridges and installing the new one in a very tight spot. I've never encountered such a detail-oriented delivery experience before. Thank you to Fabrizio and the nice gentleman who was on his team.

met with Rick Medeiros to select a new electric stove he was friendly, informative, extremely helpful and made our shopping experience a very pleasant one. I would recommend him to anyone shopping at Percy. They won’t be disappointed.

We buy all of our appliances at Percy's and as usual they never disappoint. Jason is very knowledgeable about the Bosch dishwashers, microwaves and induction/convection ovens. He asked the right questions and shared information that we didn't know to ask.

Our GE dishwasher died after just 4 years. We decided to get a bosch as our bosch washer and dryer have been great. Jeremy Nork was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and showed us all levels of the bosch dishwasher. He explained the upgrades of each machine. We felt confident we were making the right decision for our needs.Our new dishwasher was installed and it looks great. The plumbers from Gabriele were great!!

We are new homeowners and have a baby on the way. Getting a new dishwasher was a top priority as our previous one unfortunately broke. Jason greeted us, listened to our needs, showed us a few models, and introduced us to the dent and scratch warehouse. We were able to get a better model with some minor cosmetic dents for less than we originally budgeted. We appreciated Jason's knowledge and that he didn't try to upsell us at every opportunity. We highly recommend shopping here for appliances.

He went thru all thee refrigerators he thought I would like .he goes out of his way to help you get thee best product. Percys is our favorite appliance store in the Worcester year. Be it refrigerators, washers or Dishwashers we have found the best deals and service at Percys. Their sales team is friendly and helpful. Rick M especially has been amazing in our recent visit. What impressed us the most was his deep product knowledge and the patience to explain all the options. I recommend Rick and Percys for your next appliance purchase.

I purchased a new Bosch 18” dishwasher from Percy’s this morning in the Outlet section. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the options the store had available, offered suggestions about various ways to adjust the racks to optimize space, and was able to get me a replacement rack due to a faulty wheel. The guys were able to securely wrap it for me while we filled out paperwork, and loaded in the back of my SUV within minutes. Very pleased with the service, the store, prices (nearly half off the Big Stores!), and I’m excited to hook up my new Bosch dishwasher.
