Ahh penny wise !!! For decades been coming here for large western union amounts and cashing literally any check in the world. If you can stave off the crackheads (lock ya car) on the entry and exit you can save yourself a lot of time versus the bank and pick up some scratchers and a 6 pack while you're at it.
