I have been frequenting Earlys for about 40 years I have seen many changes Jim Early is a great guy and will always go the extra mile to help. Earlys gets a bad rap because they tow for the city and most people aren't very happy when the police call and have your car towed

i've never added a review before but this place is so absolutely terrible i had to. Guy who did my state inspection was in a rush for no reason even though no other cars were in sight. When i tried to ask a question concerning my vehicle i was brushed off multiple times. Overall terribly unprofessional business.

Let me start by saying this was the WORST experience of my life. I was stuck during the winter storm and attempted to call Earlys after seeing them on google. When calling in the dispatcher stated "we cant help you" and hung up in my face but when my husband called they were more than willing to help, so they clearly HATE women. When the driver arrived to assist us with towing our vehicle he stated he did not "feel" like he should have to tow us in this weather told us to call the police and left us stranded on the interstate, and if the police could not help us to call him after lunch. Glad to know a burger and fires is more important then people in need of help during harsh weather.

Last week my father's truck broke down with all of his windows stuck down. We called many places for an hour trying to find a quick and reasonably priced tow. Early's was exactly that. Within 15 minutes Heath showed up and was professional and friendly. The entire process was quick and smooth. I highly recommend Early's!

If there was an option to rate a place with negative stars I would certainty have used it. This place is a disgrace. Not only was the tow truck extremely late, the place refused to answer my calls or questions about when it was arriving, the tow truck driver had no idea what he was doing or how to work the straps, he was also very rude to me the whole time, and he then tried to charge me $100 more then the cost of the tow. When I went to complain the man I got ahold of blew me off. They clearly do not care at all about their customers or their jobs. I will never call Early's for a tow ever again. You best believe I won't send any of my friends there either. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

The WORST Experience EVER!!! My son was in an accident with my car, it was towed by the WPD, within 1/2 of it being towed Police told me they were open 24 hrs (website even says 24 hr), I can go get the car. I had a tow driver with me to go get it and they were not open. I proceeded to call a dozen times on the "24" hour line and NO ONE could be bothered to return my calls. Come monday morning, still not answering my calls, so I called from a blocked number and they answered. They charged me for 2 days of storage fees, and the tow when they would not allow me to retrieve the vehicle the day before!!! I will make it my mission to make sure i post this review EVERYWHERE I can.

Crooks. STEER CLEAR! Many other more reputable, professional auto sales within walking distance. Getting them to stand behind their sale, like pulling teeth. Their cars are junk. But they're very pleasant as they rob you.

This is where I purchased my last five cars .I would trust this family owned and operated shop with all my needs. I Am ALWAYS treated with courtesy and respect. They even pick me up and drive me home. They are fair with their fees and appreciate your business. Ask for Jerry and tell him Dennis sent me!! XOXO

Completely incompetent. One of their guys was sent through AAA to us. We put in a request at 10:30. Since my card had 100 miles of free towing and my boyfriend only had 5- we asked if we could change it to avoid the $160 charge when the driver showed up an hour later. The guy told us to cancel it and put in the request again then TOOK OFF! After 1am another truck finally comes. The driver said it literally would have taken the first truck driver a minute to switch the numbers and help us out. But nope! He left us in a broken down car with a new puppy in the middle of February in the freezing cold. How's that for being an awesome human being?? Needless to say- customer service is a little lacking.

Such a bad experience if i could give negative 5 stars i would.... They towed my car they damaged my bumper and when i i called to the guy at 1st he was giving me the run around then i called back another time asking for some information and the guy who answered the phone was really rude.... And to boot they expected me to pay for a rental to fix my vehicle.....

Dealt with these guys years ago. Terrible Experience! Gave a $300 deposit and signed a Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement with them. When I went to pick up the truck, it was gone. They sold it out from under me! Even with a signed contract! Went to take legal action but seeing the truck was in the new "owners" possession, it was going to be a long drawn out battle. Disappointed is an understatement.

Unfortunately, earlier today we had to get our car towed after it broke down in Webster, MA. After a horribly frustrating experience with AAA (they were less than helpful and took over 3 hours to dispatch us a tow), we were beyond grateful for the efficient, courteous service Early's provided. Mark, in particular, was exceptional to work with. He arrived within 30 minutes and was happy to take us over 65 miles back to our local dealership. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone!

Unfortunately, my car was towed, which is never a fun situation! The Worcester PD told me that my car was at Early's, and by this time it was past 11pm. Well, the men at Early's could not have been nicer or more helpful. Very professional and speedy service, plus my car was in tip top shape once I took it home. No one wants to be towed but they at least don't make the process any worse than it needs to be!
