I have known olsi my entire life he has always done right by me this past experience was absolutely terrible. I have never expected a man who is like family to me to treat me how he had treated me screaming in my face he didn't make any money on my vehicle refusing to do repairs. My trust is broken and my respect is lost im 100% lost for words on this situation. I'm paying 20k for a truck that's not worth 4k
2012 chevy tahoe
Rocker panels are rotted out.
Air conditioned doesn't work.
Full front end needs complete reconstruction.
Engine control module needs to be replaced.
The vehicle is so unsafe I can't even have my kids in the vehicle never in my wildest dreams did I ever think olsi would do this to me. When you do business with olsi do so with caution.

Olsi is a cheat and a fraud. You will get scammed and/or ripped off. Even my Albanian friends advise against Olsi while Olsi is an Albanian himself! After my insurance deemed my car a total-loss, I wanted to keep it, but Olsi ruined it beyond repair and I didn't know he had damaged my car. Now I'm stuck with a total mess and a warning to all my friends in Worcester – stay away from Olsi and his scams.

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED.After basically begging them to work on it for months, they finished and gave me my car back. The car run WORSE than when I gave them (making a lot of noise) AND there were PIECES MISSING!!! They promised to order, call me back and install the missing parts. But not only did they not call back they never answered my calls (And I called so man times). I didn't end up going back to their office. I'd never want to meet these people ever again.ALSO they promised to get my car fixed within weeks but they kept my car for MONTHS!! Not only that but they kept avoiding my phone calls. I had to call using other friends phones to get in contact with them. They kept saying next week. When next week came there was no progress on the car.

Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!
