Fajita had very little steak. Guacamole was good. Large selector guacamole flavors. Waitstaff was friendly. Margaritas ok.

Came here for dinner, was in dire need of Mexican! We found it here. Decent food, but her quesadilla was quite small and plain looking. My Fajita was the first one that ever came to me not sizzling! It was pre-plated, but it did taste good. Wish it had lettuce and salsa. Our server, Ava T. did a pretty good job. There are a lot of restaurants in Worcester so I'm not certain that I would come back, but it wasn't horrible.

My first visit to Mezcal Tequila Cantina wasn't very inspiring. The place is quite large with many tables surrounding an immense bar. Music for the younger crowd is loud and pervasive. Décor is industrial chic...lots of grays and metallic surfaces. Interesting fabric on banquettes. There are also outside tables lining the street. Menu isn't very large...lots of things to accompany drinks...and some Mexican-inspired choices like Burritos and Tacos and a few 'Burrito Bowls'. Nothing like 'mole' or 'camarones'. We started with Guacamole...which was fresh and quite good. We ran out of taco chips and these were replenished promptly. I wanted a shredded pork burrito, but pork didn't much seem to be on the menu except for on the taco menu...so I ordered a ground beef burrito at $14 expecting it to be garnished with sour cream, guacamole, refried beans or rice. It came with about a tablespoon of salad...tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro. Nothing else. Rice or refried beans could be ordered as sides for $5 each. The burrito was tasty, but dry...not very inspiring. My friend ordered a beef bourbon burrito bowl which was barbecued beef on rice. He seemed to enjoy this dish. Overall, I found staff pleasant, but didn't like the atmosphere here. Food was just ok. Music way too loud and without Mexican flavor. I doubt that I'll return as I prefer more authentic Mexican food.

This place has gone downhill! So sad. Went in this past Sunday afternoon. Restaurant wasn’t busy yet there were 4 dirty tables that stayed dirty the whole time we were there. Food took a long time to come out and was just okay. By the time we left there were 8 dirty tables yet 3 girls behind the hostess stand plus a manager and they cannot pitch in a bus tables….

I saw this place a month ago after passing the DCU center, can't miss it. Ended up here tonight as I was passing through again. House margaritas are really good. House salsa is tomato heavy and not too spicy. I don't usually care for it like that but I finished it so it must have been good. Chicken burrito was also good. Is was grilled and had dark meat, both a big plus in my book. I ended with the fried ice cream but shouldn't have. That wasn't worth it. They seem to have quite a choice for guacamole and tequila but not too much choice elsewhere. I found good stuff for tonight's dinner. Staff was good. Not sure about parking. Late on Sunday with no events, I parked in the Eb Lens lot ok. Overall quite satisfied. Give'm a go Margarita, burrito and ice cream came to $36

What an unusual and delicious menu. Mexican traditional or with a twist (spicy fried chicken taco, short rib taco). We loved every thing we ordered. Try the flight of guacamole with some really excellent options Also good outdoor seating!!!!?

First time back here in a long time and have to say it was wonderful. They have lots of indoor and outdoor seating ( all well spaced) which they manage effortlessly by using a time limit on seating! Every Staff was attentive but not hovering and very pleasant. I Particularly liked the touch-less menu option using an on line QR code you scan on arrival if you don’t already have their AP! Nice job Mezcal! Food was amazing - mango guacamole is a must try and the fried chicken and waffle tostadas special- yummy!!! Really nice and hope they put this on the menu!!

We had dinner here while in town for a trade show. We sat in the bar. The bartender waited on us, made our Margaritas to our specs, and they were good. There were some nice options for food, and it was all good. All made to order, with whatever kind of tortillas you want, etc. They also have an incredible selection of tequilas. We'll go back.

This is what I would expect if Panera took a stab at serving "Mexican food". This is Mexican made for Gringo's. Just a few blocks away you can get the "real deal" at El Patron.

The ambience is great, but the food and service don’t live up to the promise the ambience and costs suggest.

The veggies in my avocado wrap were very fresh, as was the flour tortilla. Companions had steak burritos and were happy with quality and serving size. Good bar. Good service.

We booked for a large group (originally 11 ended up being 9) and were placed in a back room away from the main part of the restaurant. It appears this was the designated room where large groups are placed which is understandable but we were placed so close to the kitchen door, that when opened, it would come precariously close to hitting our table. Fortunately, it was a secondary door, that didn't get much use. We got two Guacamole flights which were supposed to be accompanied by chips & salsa but the complimentary salsa never made an appearance. The menu was typical and uninspired and the service was uneven but understandable considering the sizes of the parties around us. Would consider going again with a smaller group where we would be able to take in the ambiance of the main dining room or perhaps even better would be sitting at the bar where it looks like a full menu is available and the bar staff was quite attentive.
